考量公司治理與借貸關係之違約預測模型 -以台灣電子產業為例

隨著企業全球化競爭日益激烈,市場波動對企業營運影響甚鉅,尤其更不可輕忽財務危機之發生。本研究主要是探討納入銀行的相關變數,與單純只有公司治理變數所建立的預測模型之間的差異,樣本是從台灣經濟新報(Taiwan Economic Journal, TEJ)抓取2013年到2019年上市電子公司為研究對象,並以季資料為主,採1:1的配對原則方法篩選出共計有40家財務危機公司及配對40家財務正常公司,結合公司治理變數與銀行借貸關係變數透過決策樹進行分析。研究流程先觀察只考慮公司治理變數之危機預警模型結果為何,包括預測準確率、精確率以及召回率是否有別於加入銀行變數之危機預警模型。研究結果顯示,加入銀行

變數後其準確率、精確率以及召回率都有提升,尤其是在危機發生前兩季公司治理變數加入銀行相關變數後,其召回率提升至90%以上,故除了公司治理變數外,銀行相關變數確實為預測公司是否發生財務危機之關鍵因子。
