新冠肺炎疫情下牙醫教育之變革

COVID-19新型冠狀病毒的大流行對世界各地的生活有一定的影響。維持人與人之間的社交距離以防止被感染，是所有國家最重要的策略。各國之間紛紛鎖國或者封城，對人民下居家禁令或行動限制。許多牙醫院校已關閉，禁止學生進入校園以減少這種冠狀病毒的感染。傳統牙醫教育中，所有學習過程都需要人與人之間密切接觸。牙醫教育為確保維持學習過程的連續性，並且避免大流行期間被感染，應創新學習方法。研究目的從不同國家牙醫教育學者所取得的資訊和經驗交換，在大流行期間為牙醫教育目前的挑戰，和未來的需求，做好準備。從1990年開始倡導的網路學習成為滿足在牙醫教育中維持社交距離要求時的適當選擇。但對於複雜的牙醫教育需求，並非

7個國家和地區（中國香港、中國、印尼、日本、馬來西亞、台灣和泰國）的13所牙醫院校的牙醫系學生線上學習效果，進行評估。問卷由22個結構式問題，和一個關於在線上學習的開放式問題組成。本研究為跨國型研究，為求時效性，醫學倫理之認定由日本東北大學牙醫學院倫理委員會(Ethic Committee Tohoku University Graduate School of Dentistry , Japan)批准（編號：2020-3-31）。問卷由陽明大學郵寄給13所亞洲有意願參與的牙醫院校，分發給學生。學生可以根據自己的意願，決定是否參加這次研究。參與者的姓名和其他個人資料受到保護。問卷的設計，要求參

背景：行動健康應用程式日益普及，對使用者的健康決策具有潛在影響，因此需謹慎進行品質評估。澳洲學者Stoyan Stoyanov於2015年發展具有良好信效度之行動應用程式評分量表（Mobile App Rating Scale, MARS），其包含參與性、功能性、美學性、資訊性、主觀品質與感知影響共六大構面，可供專業人員評估。然而，目前MARS尚未有中文語言可供使用國內專業人員更方便、有效地使用，故引發研究者之動機。目的：本研究將建立中文版行動應用程式評分量表（Chinese Version of the Mobile Application Rating Scale, MARS-C），並以

兩種不同健康主題—癌症照護及血壓管理行動健康應用程式進行MARS-C信效度驗證。方法：本研究為橫斷式研究，以兩階段進行。第一階段採跨文化適應方法之項目及概念對等性與語意對等性進行量表中文化；第二階段透過第三方應用程式平台分析網站App Annie及Google，依PRISMA方法搜尋納入癌症照護與血壓管理行動健康應用程式，由兩位評估者使用MARS-C進行中文化量表之信效度驗證，並與原始英語版進行測量對等性。結果：第一階段經國內三名醫療資訊學者確定項目及概念對等性及MARS原作者確定語意對等性後建立；第二階段信效度驗證，共納入25個癌症照護及22個血壓管理行動健康應用程式，量表內在信度Cronb

ach’ s α為.89。兩位評估者間內部一致性在癌症照護ICC為.76（95%CI為.50- .89）；血壓管理ICC為.79（95%CI為.55- .91）；MARS-C具有建構效度，因其收斂效度（癌症照護及血壓管理中，兩位評估者之校正後題目與子量表超過80%大於.05；校正後題目與MARS-C分數超過70%大於.05）及區別效度（各子量表Cronbach’ s α均大於與其他子量表之相關性）得到驗證。由此顯示，MARS-C具有可接受之信效度及可擴展至不同健康主題。結論與建議：MARS-C經過嚴謹之翻譯過程，於癌症照護與血壓管理行動應用程式獲得良好之信效度，可成為國內專業人員運用於行動健康
