假訊息在近年來越來越流行,有心人士可以透過社群媒體直接對民眾進行傳達錯誤訊息,造成社會恐慌與動盪的同時謀取自身的利益,隨著行動裝置的普及,群眾在獲得與分享資訊的管道也越來越容易,當有不確定訊息出現時,群眾會在無意識之間相信且散播這些訊息,進而導致不當訊息影響整個社會,使得群眾在重要決策上做出非理性的選擇。另一方面,2020 年新冠肺炎(COVID-19)疫情擴散全球,許多地區都有很高的確診與死亡人數,在這樣的情況下,針對 COVID-19 的假訊息也迅速的在社群軟體傳播開來,導致世界各地人心惶惶,且加深歧視與仇恨,這種情況已經被世界衛生組織(WHO)認證為新名詞”訊息疫情”。訊息疫情讓世界各

地的政府都面臨重大的挑戰,因此除了各國的事實查核組織的積極查證,自動檢測方法也是一種備受矚目的方法,本研究使用了多個深度學習模型框架,針對中英文的假訊息進行檢測,並且根據不同的文字特徵選擇進行比較,透過使模型完整的學習每一類真實與虛假訊息的文字特徵,進而準確的檢測真假訊息。本研究選擇了長短期記憶(Long short-term memory, LSTM)模型、門控循環單元(Gated recurrent unit,GRU)模型、雙向長短期記憶(Bidirectional long short-term memory, BiLSTM)模型進行假訊息檢測,並且設計了不同資料文句長度與不同語言資料的

設計,來比較不同模型間在各個假訊息資料上的準確率,檢測結果以雙向 LSTM 的檢測結果最好,在英文 COVID-19 假訊息標題的情況,準確率達到 94%,在英文 COVID-19 假訊息標題與內容的情況,準確率達到了 99%,在中文的部分,準確率達到了 82%。
