疫情期間國小教師線上教學情況與專業成長需求之研究

本研究旨在探討本研究探討疫情期間國小教師線上教學情況與專業成長需求。以臺中市公私立國小教師為調查對象,採問卷調查法,共發出530份問卷,總計回收489份,回收率為92.26%,有效問卷為485份,有效問卷率為91.5%。對所蒐集資料,以敘述性統計、次數分配表、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson’s積差相關等統計方法進行分析。依據研究結果與發現,本研究結論如下:一、國小教師疫情期間線上教學之實施情況得分為2.75,屬於中上可以接受。二、國小教師疫情期間線上教學專業成長需求內容得分為3.49,接近完全符合。三、不同性別國小教師疫情期間專業成長需求內容之差異情形達到顯著差異。四、不同學歷的

教師在線上教學專業成長需求內容具顯著差異。(F=4.97,P
