近年來,國內外旅遊業發展熱絡,訂房方式也從傳統的旅行社訂房、電話訂房以及官方網站訂房逐漸發展成為透過線上旅遊服務商(OTA)進行訂房,在電子商務發展快速的現在,線上旅遊服務商的選擇更是琳瑯滿目,因此以行銷的觀點來看,要如何在百家爭鳴的市場中脫穎而出,並且提升使用者忠誠度便是一個值得探討的問題。 在資訊科技發展迅速的時代,風險問題也成為了使用者選擇產品以及服務的一大考量因素,使用者不只會考慮到個人資料安全的隱私問題,更會有深怕受到金錢損失的金融風險以及其他諸多風險如績效風險等等,因此以行銷觀點來看,知覺風險所扮演的角色,在提升使用者持續使用意圖的課題上是不可被忽略的。 由於在眾多的線上旅遊

服務商中以Booking.com有著最高的市占率以及房源,因此本研究選擇以Booking.com為例,導入延伸型整合科技模式探討使用者持續使用Booking.com的使用者行為意圖,並以知覺風險做為中介變數,探討知覺風險在延伸型整合科技接受模式中所扮演的角色,本研究蒐集510份有效問卷進行分析,結果顯示,主要影響使用者持續使用意圖的有績效預期、價格價值、習慣以及知覺風險,更進一步發現,知覺風險會在績效預期與持續使用意圖間產生影響。 以管理的角度解釋本研究結果,發現若是要提高使用者持續使用意圖,需要多著墨於使用Booking.com的所帶來的績效,因為績效預期不只對使用者持續使用意圖有著直接影

響,更能有效降低使用者的知覺風險。

MOOCs(磨課師)與翻轉教室的蓬勃發展,使得開發更有價值的遠距學習策略成為重要課題。尤其是網際網路和教育技術的成熟使得遠距學習成為常規學習的一部分,同時也可以藉此提高學生的學習成效。然而,現今網路學習中發現許多品質參差不齊的數位教材內容,使得學習者很難有足夠的優質內容來進行進一步的網路學習;因而造成遠距學習的學習者無法有效地達到學習目標。本研究嘗試推廣更好、更簡單的設計方法,以使教師們能夠快速製作更多的數位內容。於此同時,學習者可以輕鬆有效地吸收數位學習內容,從而提高學習效果。本研究論文「磨課師多元學習設情境教學設計」是基於混合式教學(blended learning)與情境教學(situ

ated learning)模式,包括e-Learning and c-Learning為核心,運用教育「策略」、科技工具與創新教學概念,如:多媒體學習理論、情境式教學策略…等,以改善情境學習作為「研究」及「設計」,以符合遠距教學的情境式MOOCs和翻轉教學教材,進而獲得學習者的認同和學習效果。為了分析學生的學習回饋,本論文應用了「科技接受模型」(TAM)來驗證學生的學習行為。此外,在分析過程中,採用了修正的TAM模型同時運用SmartPLS作為研究工具。該工具可以探索可靠性和有效性的證據,以實證修訂後的TAM。基於此工具的數據,可以輕鬆進行定量分析以進行進一步的研究。
