本論文提出一種改進的快速探索隨機樹演算法,並且將其應用於機械手臂的運動規劃中,讓機械手臂能夠在有障礙物的受限環境中更快速地完成物件取放任務。基於採樣的路徑規劃演算法是一種快速而有效的路徑規劃演算法。雖然常見的目標偏差採樣的快速探索隨機樹已經提升了路徑搜尋的效率,但該演算法仍然會花費大量時間在搜尋一些無效的區域。因此,本論文提出了一種可以提高路徑搜尋效率的採樣半徑限制機制,它使隨機樹能夠在每次探索環境時更有效地往目標區域接近,可以降低所提演算法的計算時間。此外,為了提升演算法對各種環境的適應性,本論文結合了一種節點計數機制來使演算法在一些複雜環境的不同區域能夠切換使用到一個適合的採樣方法,其可

避免演算法在目標方向上探索過多而無法有效地找到路徑 。從一些模擬實驗的比較數據可知,所提的演算法確實可以快速有效地找到路徑。此外,本論文將所提出的路徑規劃方法應用於機械手臂之物件取放。首先使用攝影機、六自由度機械手臂、和二指夾爪來搭建了一個實際的實驗環境,然後使用機器人操作系統來實現整個運動規劃,使六自由度機械手臂可以自主地使用二指夾爪來完成物件取放任務。從一些實際實驗的比較數據可知,本論文所提出之改進的快速探索隨機樹演算法確實可以在受限環境中快速找到一個避開障礙物的移動路徑,並且所實現之基於ROS的運動規劃系統也成功地完成所指定的物件取放任務。

目前在市面上已經有用於識別植物、花卉、水果和蔬菜的應用程式,這些應用程式相當具有教育意義。隨著身份識別和移動設備的普及,移動設備上的查詢數量也隨之增加,使用網路查詢的信息通常不是自己想找到的正確信息。本文將研究深度學習應用到花卉的即時識別,用戶通過行動裝置的攝像頭對於識別的花卉進行拍照,然後利用深度學習模型識別花卉,並即時性的連接查詢花卉。本文提出了一套權重模型,參考重新訓練的 Google inception v3作為花卉類型即時圖像分類的識別系統,並實現了另外兩種比較方法,使用兩種機器學習模型 Resnet-50 和 LeNet-5 進行圖像識別學習。首先,收集到的花卉照片用於機器學習訓

練。訓練好的機器學習模型放置在雲端伺服器上。用戶使用手機攝像頭對花卉進行拍照,系統可自動連接雲端進行深度學習識別。花卉的信息就會顯示在手機或網頁上。經實驗完成驗證,本系統識別率達95%以上。
