隨著網路普及性，以及近年許多多元支付方案的興起，提高了人們在生活上的便利性。過去已有許多的文獻在討論行動支付顧客滿意度與再使用意願的關係，不過隨著使用者需求增多，要滿足顧客整體滿意度並非業者可如願做到的，應朝向如何好的顧客滿意度，進而提高再使用意願，才能創造競爭優勢。 本研究採問卷調查法，調查一般民眾並發600份問卷，其中530份為有效的問卷，透過SPSS統計軟體分析資料。 本研究結果發現以下结果：（1）服務品質對顧客滿意度與知覺價值有顯著正向影響；（2）知覺價值對顧客滿意度有顯著正向影響；（3）顧客滿意度對再使用意願有顯著正向影響；（1）知覺價值於服務品質與顧客滿意度間具部分中介效果。

虛擬桌面運算之效益研究- 以企業網咖為例
為了解決thin client電腦 的問題，作者沈孟徽 這樣論述：
典型網咖中心建置時，因應空間的配置，可能會將個人電腦分散於各樓層的不同位置，使用習慣也不盡相同，使用者主要目的可能是來玩遊戲、做研究、工作、休閒娛樂、閱讀、傳播等不同的目標，故其在使用需求上就必需滿足有較高的效能、穩定和可用性等，讓使用者在使用上感到舒服與快速。傳統網咖常常面臨管理與成本問題，例如:桌上型電腦需要定期維護檢修、經常性安裝應用程式、各系統資訊安全設定、調教參數設定、更新升級或弱點修補等都需要人力處理，這些動作都很耗時與沒有效率。此外，硬體資源常常未能有效的分配與使用，因長時間未使用造成低投資報酬率，且年限一到就需要更新設備，否則會面臨無法與市面競爭的窘境。軟體授權常常需要依照設
備量購買合法的指定套數，對網咖來說造成很大的負擔與成本。最後，使用者普遍習慣將個人資料存放於電腦中，關於資料易被竊取或盜用，產生個資外洩疑慮，導致不必要資訊安全問題。本研究以虛擬化技術搭配精簡型電腦進行桌面及應用程式虛擬化的效益研究，透過有效率且方便管理的導入流程，將網咖傳統電腦使用轉換為雲端虛擬桌面系統。茲就研究成果簡要說明如下：1. 伺服器管理叢集、資源使用率最佳化及電腦簡易化(精簡型電腦)，確實可達到資料集中管理、節省能源成本及降低整體總持有成本效益。2. 在NovaBench 測試分數方面，針對傳統電腦與雲端虛擬桌面VDI 比較，雖然比較分數未必理想，但並無降低效能之疑慮。3. VDI
私有雲端桌面管理平台，並不會因為使用虛擬桌面而差太多，且又能具有統一管理後的好處，因此對於營業營利之效益是有幫助的。
