隨著經濟快速發展,人們的生活水平也日漸提高,在滿足一般食衣住行的同時,大家也越來越強調運動的重要性。本論文即以運動鞋為主題,透過個案研究來探討大型跨國企業規劃本土化市場競爭策略時,所應掌握的幾個重要成功關鍵因素。 本論文首先採取德爾菲法來找出影響本個案市場運作的幾個重要影響構面及其相關評鑑指標,然後再以問卷調查方式,汲取並分析多數消費者的意見,最後建議本個案在進行本土化市場行銷策略規劃時,應先將重點擺在運動鞋的功能性設計,尤其是耐磨程度和透氣性,其次則是選擇真皮材質來增加運動鞋的舒適性,最後再透過體驗式行銷來刺激消費者產生購買欲望,至於外型設計方面則須視不同的消費者使用需求來進行決定。

本研究之目的在探討台南市籃球鞋消費者對於籃球鞋的「體驗感受」、「消費價值」及「再購意願」的現況,並以不同的背景變項探討台南市籃球鞋消費者對於籃球鞋的「體驗感受」、「消費價值」及「再購意願」之差異及影響情形。 本研究以台南市籃球鞋消費者為研究對象,問卷採用便利抽樣法方式進行採樣,實際發放450份問卷,回收有效問卷426份(有效率94.7%),以SPSS 18.0版套裝軟體為分析工具,以「描述性統計」、「因素分析」、「信度分析」、「效度分析」、「單因子變異數分析」、「迴歸分析」,進行問卷資料的彙整與分析,所得結論如下:一、台南市籃球鞋消費者的「體驗感受」屬於中上程度,在「關聯感受」

認同度最高;「消費價值」屬於中上程度,最重視「功能性價值」的考量;受測者的「再購意願」屬於中上程度,以「重複購買」的意願最高。二、不同的背景變項中,擁有不同雙數籃球鞋消費者在「體驗感受」與「消費價值」有顯著差異存在;不同運動資歷籃球鞋消費者在「體驗感受」、「消費價值」與「再購意願」皆有顯著差異存在;其餘背景變項皆沒有顯著差異存在。三、台南市籃球鞋消費者的「體驗感受」與「消費價值」有顯著相關、「體驗感受」與「再購意願」有顯著相關、「消費價值」與「再購意願」有顯著相關。
