多波域光源乃是犯罪現場勘察不可或缺之工具，該光源雖已應用多年，然而對於諸多物證之檢視仍存有效果不佳或顯現不明顯之缺憾。本研究以Crime Scope CS-16-500W多波域光源儀器為操作工具，配合以Nikon D7200改裝之紅外線數位相機搭配紅、橘、黃色濾鏡或62mm UV-IR鏡頭濾鏡組，針對如下九項進行光源檢測之優化：（一）紙張上擦拭字跡之復現、（二）添加及刪改之文書字跡、（三）深色織物上之黑色墨跡、（四）燒焦文書、（五）深色織物上血液斑跡及擦手紙上血液斑跡與檳榔汁斑跡之比較、（六）深色織物上射擊殘跡、（七）深色織物上輪胎印痕、（八）瘀傷、（九）日夜間及起霧狀態戶外環境之紅外線攝影

。研究結果如下：（一）擦拭字跡可使用495nm波段光源搭配紅色濾鏡加以復現，而不同黑色墨水無法使用可見光區別其差異，卻可以利用紅外線反射法加以區別；（二）添加或刪改字跡可利用紅外線反射法加以分別；（三）深色織物上黑色字跡可採用紅外線加以辨析；（四）燒焦文書以紅外線檢視可提高與背景之對比度，惟部分字跡會於紅外線下消失；（五）深色織物上血液斑跡使用紅外線檢視時，織物特性會影響顯現效果；擦手紙上血液斑跡與檳榔汁斑跡可透過紅外線清楚區辨，亦可用415nm及445nm光源配合紅色濾鏡觀察斑跡邊緣是否螢光加以辨析；（六）深色織物上射擊殘跡之檢視以455nm光源搭配黃色濾鏡及475nm光源搭配橘色濾鏡之效果

為佳；（七）深色織物上之輪胎印痕利用紅外線可提高與背景之對比度；（八）單獨紫外線或藍光搭配黃色濾鏡皆能增強瘀傷痕跡與皮膚之對比度；（九）紅外線可優化日夜間及起霧狀態之戶外環境攝影。本研究之優化結果將有利於實務單位對於各項物證檢視與紀錄之參考。
