隨著製程技術的縮小,汲極結構相鄰限制在現代電路設計中產生了新的挑戰,這也對最新製程中多重排高標準元件擺置帶來了額外的困難。在這篇論文裡,我們提出文獻上第一個考慮汲極結構相鄰限制的多重排高擺置問題,整個流程從處理完全域擺置一直到細部擺置。我們提出的演算法主要包含三大步驟 : (1) 考慮汲極結構相鄰限制的前處理。 (2) 合理化。以及 (3) 考慮汲極結構相鄰限制的細部擺置。首先,在前處理階段,我們考慮源極與汲極的每行分布比例,將標準元件放入最理想的行內。接著,在合理化階段,我們延伸文獻上已存在的模組矩陣分割疊代方法,依照每行已決定好的標準結構之排序下,移除,在達到全部標準元件總位移最小化的目

標下,消除標準元件重疊的問題。最後,在細部擺置階段,我們以布林可滿足問題為基礎提出一個方法,可以同時考慮整個電路擺置下進行翻轉標準元件與交換相鄰的標準元件。實驗結果顯示,對比於現有文獻的最小路徑方法,我們提出的演算法在合理的運行時間內以最小的位移來有效解決汲極結構相鄰違規。

近年來電子收費系統(Electronic toll collection, 電子收費系統)使用5.8 GHz專用短距離通訊系統(Dedicated short-range communication system, DSRCS)已經遍行在全世界當中,DSRCS廣泛應用在不停車收費、出入控制、車隊管理、訊息服務等領域,並在區域分割功能即小區域內車輛識別、駕駛員識別、道路網路與車輛之間訊息交互傳遞等方面具備得天獨厚的優勢,本篇論文設計一個應用在5.8 GHz之專用短距離通訊ASK接收機、發射機,與收發機,其中接收機電路包含具主動式Balun的低雜訊放大器、吉伯特混頻器、中頻放大器、ASK解調器,

發射機電路則由一具有可調增益式ASK調變器所完成,其中發射機功耗為75 mW,接收機功耗為24.9 mW,收發機功耗為100 mW,整體收發機的靈敏度為-75 dBm,資料傳輸率(Data rate)可在256 kbps、512 kbps、1024 kbps與2048 kbps之間切換,本篇論文之接收機晶片含測試墊片後之大小為1.7 × 0.745 mm2,發射機為0.84× 0.97 mm2,收發機則是1.7 × 1.4 mm2,全部電路都是使用台積電0.18mm 1P6M CMOS製程上做設計。
