刀具的管理不管在大公司或小公司都是一件值得重視的問題,因刀具屬於較昂貴的消耗資源若不能有效地管控會造成不必要的成本浪費,若能快速且有效率的管理刀具,即可確實了解刀具的使用情況,以及刀櫃裡剩餘的種類跟數量並且能夠減少管理的人力成本。市面上現有的自動化刀具管理櫃基本上分為兩種,一種是販賣機的型式,該型式缺點在於普通權限使用者不能將使用完畢但仍可使用的刀具歸還到同一位置;另一種型式為外觀類似傳統的管理櫃,這種的管理櫃通常不會知道使用者取用的數量,若要得知取用數量需安裝很多鎖來控制每一個儲存格的每一支刀具,否則無法準確計算刀具數量。本論文使用外觀類似傳統的管理櫃型式,並提出藉由重量感測器電壓對應重量

的方法,使用荷重元轉換器將訊號透過RS-485方式傳送到電腦,藉此得知目前重量,再將重量除以單位重量即可得知目前數量,因此不必花太多成本去限制每一個儲存格也可知道準確的刀具數量,此外本論文以Web的形式開發並採用Django網路架構,以MongoDB為資料庫開發刀具管理系統,並開發諸多關鍵功能,例如給予刀具編碼配合工單製作,與CAM結合連接資料庫匯入刀具信息,物料不足時自動發送郵件給相關人員提醒入庫,工單的製作以及掃描領用等,實驗結果顯示本研究利用重量感測器於刀具管理系統上的可行性,簡單易懂的操作介面讓使用者容易操作,並且確實改善加工廠物料的管理效率。

現代的人們能夠採取各式各樣的創新科技來協助自己擁有更好的學習成就,尤其是那些教育情境中的人受惠良多。現代科技提供了很極大的優勢,這些輔助工具能幫助各式各樣背景中的學習者們更輕易的理解抽象的概念,也幫助教育者們更有效率地把知識傳達給學生們。時至今日,已經有很多教育相關研究探討了科技如何影響學生們的學習並且如何在不同的教學情境中運用他們;但是,卻很少有研究討論到如何把科技運用到遊戲設計這方面的教學。而本研究的目的就在於填補這塊缺乏的拼圖,並試著探討擴增實境 (AR)如何輔助遊戲設計的初學者有更好的學習效能以及動機。AR是現代最具有影響力的科技之一,為了探討AR能多大程度地影響學習者,本研究實施了

為期四週的實驗。總共六十五位受測者都來在南臺科技大學(簡稱:南臺科大)的多媒體與電腦娛樂科學系(簡稱:多樂系)。受測者們被分配成實驗組以及控制組,在實作的過程中,實驗組的受測者們藉由擴增實境軟體的輔助描繪各種遊戲當中的元素;另一方面,控制組則運用傳統的看圖照描的方式做練習。在最後,結果顯示了在介入後和介入前比較起來,控制組確實在部分的繪圖指標中有顯著的進步,但是在學習動機方面就沒有很顯著的變化。此外,本研究也發現到同樣在實驗組當中,相較於已經有繪畫背景的受測者,沒有經驗的受測者受益更多。基於本研究的發現,我們希望在未來的遊戲設計課程中,能更廣泛的把AR技術運用到教學裡面,以更有效率地培養出更多

優秀的遊戲設計師。
