自動視訊監控系統過去以人力為主,是安全巡防人員實地監控區域安全,現在以網路為主,運用數位化網路串連監控設備進行遠端監控,受惠於機器學習的快速發展,自動化視訊監控系統已朝向以智慧為主演進,整合計算機視覺技術來進行異常活動偵測。本論文目的係提出自動視訊監控系統架構以Apache Spark Streaming串流平台為基礎,整合大資料處理與機器學習、深度學習技術以解決異常活動偵測的問題與解高負載問題,並具負載平衡以及即時偵測等效能。使用方法以基礎伺服器核心架構利用 Apache Kafka,連結三台Intel Core i7與1080Ti GPU電腦主機為分散式運算環境,做為伺服節點之間的通訊中

介軟體。使用UCF-Crime資料集作為測試與訓練,還設立了教異常活動的異常場景,異常指數是經過sigmoid所產生,數值範圍0~1,越高分代表越異常,發生異常活動的那瞬間異常值為0.6。實驗結果:網路延遲的實驗中發現兩個Broker可以稍微降低延遲,開啟越多的Topic會提高硬體的負擔,5個Topic的延遲時間相比1個Topic高達4倍左右。開啟多核心可以大幅提高效能,當Topic數量逐漸成長,效能提升幅度也越來越明顯,數據結果證明監控系統能達到低延遲、高吞吐的目標。本研究貢獻有二:1.自動化監控系統能夠做到即時目標偵測。2.運用Kafka降低自動化監控系統的延遲。

傳統工業電鍍零件需要依靠人力掛架才能送至電鍍池,此過程需耗費大量人工作業,人力不足加上人員流動率高居不下,因此本研究透過深度學習演算法結合傳統影像處理技術整合機械手臂開發自動化掛載系統,取代傳統人工掛載。此外傳統自動化光學檢測技術是透過機器視覺演算法做目標定位檢測,由於傳統機器視覺須從每張圖像中提取重要特徵,隨著類別數量的增加,特徵提取就會變得相當困難,且每個特徵定義需要大量參數,因此本研究結合深度學習與機器視覺技術,針對巨量電鍍組件(束環工件)之自動掛載系統提出解決方案。自動化掛載系統首先經由圓盤振動整料機分離出單一束環工件,結合單向往復推動機構與紅外線偵測將束環工件定位至背光板上,經由I

DS公司的uEye XS2自動對焦相機提取影像,透過深度學習之目標檢測(you only look once, YOLO)演算法辨識束環零件之位置感興趣區域(region of interest, ROI),並結合機器視覺技術針對束環工件之位置、特徵及方向快速定位,再透過TCP通訊協議,傳送夾持點位之命令至機械手臂,經由機械手臂上之電磁閥驅動線圈吸取工件,最後透過優化路徑將其掛載至吊架上。基於Tensorflow框架結合Keras 深度學習網路庫接口,本研究採用YOLO深度學進行目標物檢測之演算法,透過468張標的影像進行模型訓練、並以53張影像進行測試,獲得平均精確度(average pre

cision, AP)為97.00%,本系統採用C#程式自行研發控制介面,透過介面可以了解系統運作情況,控制電腦採用Intel i7-9700 CPU、GPU:NVIDIA GeForce RTX2060獨立顯示卡,最終測試成果顯示自動掛載系統經優化後每分鐘可完成13.2具之束環工件掛裝。
