社會住宅智慧綠建築施工品質管理之研究

隨著科技發展演進，智慧綠建築所構成的智慧城市將是全球發展之趨勢，藉由智慧綠建築標章制度，建築物更加智慧且符合人性的使用需求，同時又具備綠建築生態永續的目標，營造符合適宜居住的生活空間。本研究透過文獻探討，依據施工查核常見缺失態樣透過問卷調查及統計分析，再藉由與專家訪談結果，進行綜合分析；探討出公共工程智慧綠建築施工品質管理成效不佳之因素及改善建議，同時增加物聯網技術對於工程施工品質的新觀念與思維，運用科技技術提升施工品質管理，期許藉由研究的成果能有助於主辦機關、設計監造、承攬廠商未來對於工程施工品質管理能有具體可以改善的策略及方案。研究結果顯示：主辦機關、設計監造、承攬廠商對於施工品質及管理
文件記錄具有正向顯著之影響，表示增加職能訓練、督導稽核頻率、追蹤不合格品及預防矯正措施能有效提升施工品質；建置雲端平台導入物聯網技術對於改善文件管理記錄亦有正向良好的認知，且具有提升施工品質管理成效及降低職業災害之影響。

Although the two disciplines have emerged from different critical heritages they share many features, from identifying processes of exclusion and ch
ampioning user participation to a commitment to inter- and cross-disciplinary methodologies. But the subjects differ in other ways: medical humanities has evolved from considerations of the place of humanities in the development of medical education, while disability studies has its origins in right
s- and identity-based discourses. While both are part of the ’critical turn’ that has marked new interdisciplinary work in the last 15 years, each has developed through different theoretical contexts and often brings different perspectives to its subject material. 隨著電路設計規則日漸複雜，可繞度已成為擺置階段必須考慮的重要因素之一，然而作為過去所仰賴的依據，全域繞線擁擠圖放至今日已然無法體現可繞度的趨勢，若想獲得更全面且接近實際繞線的資訊，勢必得進行繞線流程包含全域以及細部繞線，而這相當費時，因此，如何準確且快速的獲得細部繞線資訊並以此做出對可繞度有效的改善是一門重要的課題。本篇針對有著極大長寬比並且容易因此產生嚴重可繞度問題的顯示器驅動晶片，提出一個能夠在擺置階段識別繞線擁擠的方法並以此產生擺置障礙來幫助我們解決上述問題。此方法透過分析繞線壅擠的聚集程度來預測是否會發生細部繞線錯誤以及其發生的位置，並且在這些位置上產生擺置障礙後重新進行擺置。實驗的
結果顯示，跟原本擺置系統的結果相比，我們提出的方法能準確預測細部繞線的錯誤的發生位置並有效減少其數量。此外，本方法可以建置在原有的自動化實體設計流程中，提供一個快速的解決方法來改善擺置的可繞度並且減少為解決細部繞線錯誤而重複進行的擺置和繞線次數。
