台灣因先天地理環境而地震頻繁,近年來多起地震造成憾事發生,台灣地震教育主要針對國小、國中及高中生為對象,進行地震基本教育與逃生演練為主,而大學生及社會人士則較少地震知識的接收管道,防災知識時常伴隨地震發生後才開始廣為討論,隨著話題熱度降低,地震防災議題也就不再被關注,造成災害的發生無限循環,防災教育水平無從提升。因此探討如何利用服務設計的方法,有效的傳遞地震防災知識,讓使用者能夠主動想參與地震防災行動。  本研究進行分為四個階段,第一階段為文獻蒐集及分析,初步了解服務設計、使用者經驗、使用者介面設計及地震教育,並從文獻中歸納出地震教育服務的主要對象、如何提供使用者在地震教育服務中有更好的體驗

、了解台灣目前地震教育的概況與如何改善。第二階段則選定三項現有地震教育產品,除APP外也包含不同傳遞媒介產品,如網站、電子書及印刷品,並邀請6位使用者進行SUS使用性評估與半結構式訪談,深入了解使用者對於地震教育的需求及看法。第三階段則是從訪談結果中,歸納出七項使用者需求作為設計創作之功能發想,並搭配資訊圖像化及符合地震教育議題的視覺設計,進行地震教育APP設計創作,包含手機及iPad版本。第四階段為創作檢核評估,再次邀請6位使用者針對完成品進行產品檢核評估,了解是否滿足使用者的需求並請說明原因,進行設計創作之修正。而若檢核結果評價皆為正向,表示能夠與親朋好友一同有系統的進行防災準備,並且能夠

清楚了解地震防災的知識,給予許多正向的回饋。現階的段研究與設計,因應本研究主題為服務設計,希望能與台灣真實地震教育連結,實踐服務設計回饋社會之目的。

近年來由於數位媒體快速發展、旅遊部落格、廉價航空興起、飯店與旅館等軟硬體發展,讓出國已不再是件難事,使現今更多人選擇自助旅行的方式進行旅遊,相較於交由旅行社安排的套裝行程,自助旅遊可為旅客在旅遊過程中提供更多彈性,如旅遊景點、住宿飯店、餐廳和時間…等規劃皆可由旅客自行安排,自助旅遊旅行的旅客經常會使用網路訂房服務進行飯店的選擇與資訊的搜尋,若能以使用者經驗的角度設計介面操作模式,有利於提升網路訂房平台的使用性與滿足使用者對網路平台的期待,藉此提升網路服務平台的商業競爭力。本研究以網路訂房平台為案例進行研究,首先以Kano品質模式問卷蒐集顧客需求進行品質要素分析,再使用品質機能展開法進行顧客需

求與工程技術間的權重分析,藉此得知使用者重視的功能改善優先順序,加以設計改進網路訂房平台介面作為實驗樣本。最後,再運用使用性測試的方式,以操作績效計測及使用性問卷作為工具,並利用SPSS統計軟體以多變量變異數分析與成對樣本t檢定等,探討性別、網路訂房平台操作經驗和介面間,是否有顯著的操作效率與使用感受之差異。根據分析實證後,歸納出以下結論:(1)飯店資訊閱讀任務評估結果顯示,受測者會因介面不同操作上會有顯著差異,以本研究設計之C介面因提供了影片導覽,雖然使操作效率降低,但提昇了操作滿意度。(2)地圖找房任務評估結果顯示,受測者會因經驗、性別和介面操作上有顯著差異,有經驗的男性操作任務時間較短。

(3)在使用性問卷調查中發現,受測者對研究中的3種樣本學習性、記憶性及滿意度皆趨近於滿意,其中受測者對本研究設計之網路訂房平台C介面的滿意度得分為4分以上,因此證明藉由Kano品質模式及品質機能展開法為基礎,來進行網路訂房平台的介面與功能設計可提升使用者對介面的操作滿意度。
