以稀土元素摻雜之奈米粒子(rare-earth-doped nanoparticles, RENPs)具有優異的光學特性,過去作為上轉換奈米粒子(upconversion nanoparticles)而快速發展生物醫學應用,近年來逐漸有文獻指出RENPs可作為診療雙用途奈米粒子(theranostic nanoparticles)的潛力,RENPs不僅在X 射線照射時提供放射增敏劑(radiosensitizer)的功能,還具有第二近紅外區(second near infrared, NIR-II)的光學成像(imaging)特性。由於RENPs具有高化學穩定性及低毒性之優點,本研究試圖運用

X射線合併RENPs用於治療黑色素細胞瘤。在製備方法上,吾人使用油酸為介面活性劑以合成疏水性之RENPs,為了使該種奈米粒子能夠應用於生醫領域,本研究比較了兩種對該奈米粒子進行的表面修飾(surface modification),包含了:(1)表面修飾二氧化矽,(2)使用聚山梨醇酯20 (TWEEN@ 20)作為表面穩定劑的RENPs。研究結果顯示,Tween 20-RENPs奈米粒子在水溶液中表現出優異的光學特性,並且沒有任何形態轉變。使用黑色素瘤細胞株(B16F10 Red-FLuc),證明了Tween 20-RENPs的細胞毒性極低(IC50>1000 μg/mL),並且在給予放射劑量

傳統廣播媒體隨著新的時代科技進步,進入了一個新的領域,聲音隨著不同媒體的承載,也以不同的新面貌與受眾互動交流,除了過往的單純聲音呈現之外,又可以在各樣的網路、社群中,加以圖像、影片輔助,對於受眾、電台及主持人彼此間拓展了更大的可能性,在媒體轉換的過程當中,有很多的機會,卻也冒著相當的風險,需要更多準確的資訊,投注金錢、時間、人力、資源才有更好的回饋及收益。以運作七十多年的國際遠東短波中文廣播為例研究,這傳統的良友電台該如何換裝,以嶄新的樣態在受眾面前再次展現,吸引更多的注意,同樣也是每個傳統廣播媒體的大挑戰。本研究宗旨是以科技接受模式來探討廣播新媒體對於受眾收聽及與電台主持人互動之影響,透過

不同的科技媒體媒介,是否能增加廣播收聽率或媒體觸及率?透過問卷調查法,隨機抽樣對象以收聽過良友電台新媒體平台的受眾為主,量化分析,問卷發放共回收508份有效問卷,問卷樣本女性佔整體樣本的70.08%,男性佔整體樣本的29.92 %。研究中以三個構面為主,分別是同伴影響、社群及擬社會互動,分別對應認知易用性、認知有用性、使用態度及使用意願,交叉研究彼此是否有正相關。經由量化分析整理資料的結論顯示,因電台本身及節目宗教色彩鮮明,數據中歸納顯示,性別、年齡、身份、教育程度、職業,都決定了良友新媒體成為受眾收聽方式的重要選項,收聽對象主要以信徒居多;另外,良友新媒體的使用狀況,數據展現以新受眾群居多,

因新的受眾群可以藉由不同的平台接觸到良友電台的節目;再者,本研究透過科技接受模式來驗證認知易用性、認知有用性與影響態度、行為意願與三個構面之間的相互關係,量化分析後皆是正向關連性,研究證明同伴影響、社群、擬社會互動都會影響到受眾對於新媒體平台的收聽及與電台、主持人的互動交流。
