網路退換貨是我們網路購物過程中容易被忽視的一環，隨著互聯網技術的飛速發展，越來越多的消費者選擇網路購物，而人們在網路購物過程中時常會遇到買到的商品不符合心理預期或者商品本身有瑕疵需要退換貨的情況，網路購物退換貨也逐漸被人們所重視起來。因此，本研究主要目的在分析網路退換貨過程中所產生的退換貨服務品質、退換貨便利性以及退換貨費用合理性對消費者滿意度及再購意願是否產生重要影響。為達成上述結果，本研究在臺灣和大陸地區進行了在線調查，對過去一年內曾有過網路退換貨經驗的298名消費者進行了調查。通過SPSS、AMOS統計軟體進行檢驗，來確定網路購物退換貨服務品質、退換貨便利性以及退換貨費用合理性對顧客滿

意度及再購意願的影響。結果顯示網路退換貨服務品質、運費及便利性對顧客滿意度以及再購買意願均有正向影響力。因此，本研究建議網路店家應完善網路退換貨系統，提高退換貨服務品質，不僅有助於提升顧客滿意度，也有可能會提升顧客再購買意願。
