Human beings are social animals. Yet despite vast amounts of research into political decision making, very little attention has been devoted to its social dimensions. In political science, social relationships are generally thought of as mere sources of information, rather than active influences on
one's political decisions. Drawing upon data from settings as diverse as South Los Angeles and Chicago's wealthy North Shore, Betsy Sinclair shows that social networks do not merely inform citizen's behavior, they can--and do--have the power to change it. From the decision to donate money to a campa
ign or vote for a particular candidate to declaring oneself a Democrat or Republican, basic political acts are surprisingly subject to social pressures. When members of a social network express a particular political opinion or belief, Sinclair shows, others notice and conform, particularly if their
conformity is likely to be highly visible. We are not just social animals, but social citizens whose political choices are significantly shaped by peer influence. The Social Citizen has important implications for our concept of democratic participation and will force political scientists to revise
their notion of voters as socially isolated decision makers. Betsy Sinclair is assistant professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Chicago.
組織公民行為研究之文獻計量分析

為探究組織公民行為研究之文獻發展趨勢、知識結構及新興議題，本研究以文獻計量學分析為方法，分別使用Scopus索摘引文資料庫與臺灣人文及社會科學引文索引資料庫（TCI-HSS）作為文獻來源，進行文獻探勘，以「組織公民行為」（Organizational Citizenship Behavior）、「角色外行為」(extra-role behavior)搭配教育（education*)、學校(school)或教師(teacher)為主題詞檢索，限縮於「期刊文獻」（Article）及「回顧型文獻」（Review）範疇，年份不限，最終檢索結果分別納入Scopus（2,666篇）為1983年至2021
年間發表及TCI-HSS（77篇）為2001年至2020年間發表之文獻資料。本研究以VOSviewer及CiteSpace書目軟體作為分析工具，利用聚類分析技術（Cluster analysis）和繪圖（Mapping）功能，藉由國家、機構、作者引文分析及作者、文獻、期刊的共被引分析、關鍵詞共現分析，將文獻資料可視化，並繪製科學知識圖譜，對組織公民行為研究的整體發展脈絡進行梳理，分析其研究熱點變化趨勢，推測其前沿動態。研究結果發現，組織公民行為研究，以美國、中國大陸及英國為研究重鎮，具有強大的影響力，以色列海法大學、美國印第安那大學布隆明頓分校及美國密西根州立大學為重要的研究機構。「Journ
al of Applied Psychology」為組織公民行為研究之指標性期刊，深具權威性。高被引文獻作者為Dennis W Organ、Philip Michael Podsakoff、Scott Bradley MacKenzie、Robert H. Moorman及Linn Van Dyne等人；文獻共被引分析之2個有效聚類「組織公民行為之概念定義、前因後果、構面分類與量表發展及研究方法」及「組織公民行為的構面再定義、社會交換理論完整回顧、結構方程模型的評估及提出對行為研究中常見的方法偏差及建議補救方法」為組織公民行為研究之知識基礎。高頻次關鍵字「工作滿意度」、「組織承諾」、「領導者與
成員交換理論」、「轉型領導」、「組織公平」及關鍵字共現分析五個有效聚類「組織公民行為」、「心理賦權」、「組織特性」、「離職傾向」及「員工態度」為研究熱點。Koopman等人（2016）的文獻自2016年至今仍持續突現，文中探討組織公民行為之光明面和黑暗面：對幫助他人的好處和代價的日常調查的議題，為研究前沿之一；「量化」、「企業社會責任」、「工作敬業」、「環境導向組織公民行為」、「心理資本」及「敬業心」等六個高突現關鍵詞持續突現，亦為研究前沿之一。本研究綜合研究結果，提出具體建議，作為教育人員提昇學校行政管理相關知能及未來研究之參考。
人格特質對從眾行為意圖與投資行為之研究

本研究之目的為了解投資人之人格特質對其從眾行為與個人投資行為的影響，在蒐集相關文獻時發現先前許多研究者經常將人口統計變數內的變項納入研究，在經過整理後認為較少研究者使用「婚姻情形」變數，因此本研究欲以下述兩項:五大人格特質(外向性、開放性、神經質、友善性、審慎性)與人口統計變數中的婚姻情形(已婚、未婚)來驗證投資人的從眾行為與投資行為是否具顯著差異。研究採用便利抽樣之方式發放網路問卷，共計264份，扣除無效問卷1份，共計回收263份有效樣本，有效回收率為99.6%，資料分析方法包含描述性統計分析、單因子變異數分析以及獨立樣本t檢定。本研究之結果顯示出，屬於外向性特質的投資者由於其肯定自我、喜
歡表現等特徵，因此在資訊性從眾、規範性從眾等方面皆無顯著差異，也因為外向性人格者比起其他性格有著更願意承擔風險的特質，因此在股票的投資行為上則是具有顯著差異的；在人口統計變數中的婚姻情形裡可以發現，未婚投資者對其資訊性從眾、規範性從眾、投資行為皆具有顯著差異。
