本論文使用TSMC CMOS 90nm製程設計具有高線性度以及高隔離度之雙頻段28/39 GHz無反射射頻開關器。為了使射頻開關器具有雙頻帶操作的能力,使用雙頻濾波器設計的概念;同時,利用travelling wave的方式把傳輸線等效成數個電晶體以及傳輸線的組合來達到高線性度以及高隔離度的特性。除此之外,雙頻段四分之一波長的傳輸線結構在此射頻開關器中除了用為射頻開關器中重要的角色之外,也被應用在無反射的特性,使其他電路看到此電路的輸出以及輸入阻抗都為50歐姆。

改變空氣陰極集電層提高微生物燃料電池性能之研究

在全球趨勢走向減碳的年代,綠色化學日漸被重用,如何在盡量對環境不造成或減少負擔的前提下,生產能源已經是一門全球關注的技術,而微生物燃料電池為綠色化學中,生物電化學的其中一門分支,主要特點為在處理廢水的同時可以產生能源。本研究將會針對無膜型的空氣陰極應用於單槽式微生物燃料電池,探討其空氣陰極中集電層與有機負荷率的變化對於單槽式微生物燃料電池的影響,並且討論其變化對於微生物燃料電池的發電效率,與對微生物造成的負荷之影響以及應用於實廠廢水之可行性。在本研究中使用30目、60目、80目三種不同網目的304型不鏽鋼鐵網作為集電層的選用,製作成PVDF活性碳空氣陰極,結果顯示當有機負荷率為200 mg/

L/d時,在60目的集電層網目中展現出最佳的性能,最大功率密度為0.978 mW⁄m^2 ,COD去除效率也達到約80%。而再持續提升集電層網目,則出現反應質子與電子不足且內阻上升,造成功率密度下降的現象,此結果證明了提升空氣陰極中集電層網目對微生物燃料電池產生更高的功率密度的可行性。在第二階段實驗中,提升有機負荷率對於不同網目的電流影響,結果顯示在微生物汙泥對水中有機物濃度可以負荷的前提下,提升有機負荷率對於微生物燃料電池的產電能力帶來正向的效果,並且在當有機負荷率提高後,因為從基質中降解後所帶來的反應物增加,使得原先在有機負荷率200 mg/L/d 時,雖然網目增加但是因為內阻影響而使功率

密度較低的80目集電層網目的空氣陰極,也產生出了1.432 mW/m^2的功率密度。但是當提供過大的有機負荷率時,則會使微生物燃料電池的各項數值下降。最後將本研究所得到的空氣陰極,根據前階段進行的實驗結果所得到的最佳參數,應用於處理實廠的異丙醇廢水當中,在低濃度的異丙醇廢水下對其有機物降解率平均達到80 ~ 85 %,並且在1000歐姆的外接電阻下,展現出0.14 V的電壓和0.212 mW/m^2的最大功率密度。此結果不僅成功提升微生物燃料電池的性能,也證明此系統應用於實廠的可行性。
