棄種是甚麼?
棄種(discard)是在做酸種麵包時的副產品,由於用到天然酵母,而製作之前需要恢復天然酵母(starter)的發酵能力,所以會抽起一部份天然酵母,然後加入麵粉和水令其活躍度提升,而部份抽起的天然酵母並不會再參與之後的麵包製作過程,所以稱為棄種。

棄種成份就是麵粉和水,加上不太活躍的酵母菌。製作麵包的人會想辦法利用棄種製成不同的蛋糕,餅乾,班戟和煎餅等,不會白白浪費棄種。

加了棄種的烘培產品由於有酵母的成份,所以味道更加豐富,質感更鬆軟。

如果沒有做酸種麵包的朋友可以跟據食譜加多一點麵粉和水,便可做出相同的瑪芬,在食譜中已經計算好需要的份量。

這個食譜連打蛋器也不用,如沒有瑪芬模具也可用一次性的錫紙杯子來代替,使用的工具非常簡單。

半導體的發展在幾十年來遵循摩爾定律下,製程上的微縮(more Moore)越來越困難;所以業界朝另一條more than Moore路線發展,以達到異質整合及3D堆疊的目的,其中aEASI (active Embedded Advanced System Integration),是屬於晶片內埋系統封裝的技術之一,將晶片埋入基板中,使得基板外原本要放置晶片的位置空出來,可以放別的電子元件,達到尺寸縮小,3D堆疊及異質整合的目的。 Etching back是aEASI獨有的技術,透過蝕刻的方式將背面不必要的支撐塊咬除(厚度約為90 μm),並且在正面還有32 μm銅厚的線路重佈層的狀況下

,做不對稱銅厚的咬蝕。本論文研究氯化鐵蝕刻與釘架咬蝕的關係,並藉以調整底片開口的大小及間距來控制咬蝕量,在支撐塊的旁邊咬出容納綠漆的空間,讓綠漆低於散熱片貼合面,以避免散熱片在貼合時,造成品質異常。如何在一次蝕刻作業中,同時達到正面重佈層、背面支撐塊及容納綠漆的平台這三個項目的咬蝕,為本篇論文的研究目的。研究中指出透過咬蝕深度對應側蝕的回歸方程式可以用來預估底片開口大小,雖然預估值跟實際量測值有些許誤差,但經過幾次調整後還是可以達到預設的目的,文中也針對這些誤差做討論,並且成為後續測試的經驗,並且也從中觀察跟討論到ARDE(Aspect Ratio Dependent Etching)及mic

我們吸入的空氣真的是乾淨的嗎? 我們喝入的水真的是純淨嗎? 全世界有超過八億的兒童正處在鉛暴露的危險環境當中,如果能有個方法能精準及快速的檢測鉛含量,即可以避免重金屬鉛的環境,也減少對身體的損害。血鉛含量是國際衛生組織評估鉛對身體健康影響的指標,水質鉛含量則是預防醫學上評估環境對健康影響的參考依據,但目前檢測血鉛及環境鉛含量主要是依靠醫療及環境檢測單位,除了檢測儀器成本高及耗時外,因為實驗前的樣品前處理需碰觸於高濃度的酸鹼溶液,也會使研究人員有職災的風險。先前實驗室利用基因編碼的方式成功建構出以螢光共振能量轉移技術的鉛離子生物感應器Met-Lead 1.44 M1,發展成熟且穩定,但檢測方法
