背景：護理人員工作內容多元因而導致有較高的壓力，工作壓力不 僅與護理人員身心健康相關，也對工作滿意度和對病人的護理品質造成影響；此外，護理人員工作壓力與工作滿意度，亦可能受到其人格特質的影響。正念可視為個人的內在資源之一，在面對壓力時可以增進個人情緒調節的能力，並提升工作滿意度，然而，正念與人格特質、工作壓力與工作滿意度間的關係，目前較少有研究探討。目的：本研究以正念理論(mindfulness theory)為基礎，探討護理人員人格特質、正念程度、工作壓力與工作滿意度之現況與相關性，進一步分析正念在人格特質與工作壓力間、及正念在人格特質與工作滿意度間是否具中介效果，並建構護理人員
人格特質、正念、工作壓力與工作滿意度的結構方程模型。方法：本研究採橫斷式設計，採方便取樣方式，選取台灣中部某醫學中心與其所屬地區醫院分院共3家醫院作為研究場域，以醫院護理人員作為研究對象。研究對象之護理人員依工作單位分類，採分層隨機抽樣方式選取受試者，透過結構式、線上自填式問卷進行相關資料收集，以瞭解護理人員正念程度的影響因素，正念程度對其工作壓力、工作滿意度的影響性，與正念在人格特質與工作壓力、工作滿意度間的中介效果。本研究以SPSS 24.0與Amos 22.0統計軟體進行資料分析與結構模型驗證。結果：本研究結果顯示，403位護理人員具有中等的正念程度、中度偏高的工作壓力與工作滿意度，以宜

撐起一片天——臺灣女子舉重選手的挑戰

臺灣女子舉重自20世紀八十年代發展至今，不斷出現優秀選手。2000年女子舉重成為夏季奧林匹克運動會正式項目後，臺灣女子舉重運動員更是屢獲佳績，成為獲得奧運獎牌最多的項目。尤其2021年東京奧運會上，女子舉重獲得一金一銅，更是提高大眾對女子舉重的關注。本論文影像深度報導以女性舉重運動員及教練為主體，討論臺灣女子舉重面臨的挑戰。論文分為兩個部分，第一部分以學術研究的方式，梳理女子舉重在國際與臺灣的發展脈絡，並探討舉重「陽剛性」運動中的性別歧視現象。第二部分則採用影像報導，由訪談對象講述其親身經歷，呈現不同年齡的女性教練與選手，如何在練舉重過程中經歷的傷病低谷，以及刻板印象、性別差異所帶來的問題；
同時也展示她們對舉重的態度，討論女性從事舉重運動的意義。研究及訪談發現，臺灣女子舉重縱然在國際賽場表現亮眼，但受限於運動本身特性，在臺灣本地缺少觀眾基礎。女性運動員克服傷病等因素，努力拿出亮眼表現，但刻板印象仍然存在，導致從事舉重運動的女性在運動場外，必須不斷證明自己符合所謂「傳統女性特質」。而這些刻板印象也致使基層在招生方面遇到困難。如今，新一代選手和教練嘗試擺脫傳統觀念，讓運動員發揮所長，展現個性，也希望更多人看到練習舉重帶給女性的力量和自信。
