本論文的目的是在實驗室在建構一套「CAN Bus駕駛模擬平台」,將常用的車用感測器包括應用在倒車雷達或者自動停車之超音波感測器、應用在X、Y軸傾斜偵測之三軸加速計、並以電子轉速計輸出的脈波信號模擬引擎的轉速,透過CAN Bus通訊協定,將車載感測器的行車訊息傳送至車載顯示器面板,再透過RS232串列通訊將行車資訊傳至PC主控電腦。採用Unity 3D遊戲開發引擎做為車載虛擬實境的發展平台,並建構環狀公路虛擬實境場景,以第三人稱跑車物件達到真實駕駛的感受。Unity 3D是一款專業跨平台遊戲開發及虛擬實境功能強大的軟體,結合C#或者Java語言撰寫遊戲腳本,可以在Windows, Mac OS

以及Linux跨平台運作。為了達到遊戲場景豐富逼真的效果,本文應用3ds Max建模軟體製作多種物件模型,融入虛擬實境的場景畫面,包括都會辦公大樓區,工業廠區,住宅區,木屋渡假區,學校及海邊風景區等。本系統的控制核心由車載信號感測電路及車載信號顯示電路兩塊主板組成,兩塊主板間透過控制器區域網路(CAN Bus)通訊協定作為信號溝通之管道。兩塊主板的嵌入式微控制器分別採用愛特梅爾(ATMEL)公司所推出的八位元高性能的RISC晶片AT90CAN128做為核心控制晶片,最主要原因在於其內部具有2.0A & 2.0B 通訊協定之控制器區域網路匯流排(CAN Bus),不需外接CAN 控制器(如MC

P2515等晶片)。本文結合現實與虛擬之間的互動元素,可以在駕駛模擬的行為上產生一種嶄新的體驗效果。經過實驗結果,發現本文所提出的CAN Bus駕駛模擬平台性能穩定,相較於在馬路上實際開車,不僅零油耗,無空氣污染,並且安全可靠。未來希望吸引更多的創新應用,翻轉人類的生活型態。
