職場上所需要的職能林林種種,不同的工作領域與工作模式的不同,其所衍生出來的職能模型也不盡相同。本文嘗試地從台灣的科技業常見的職涯轉換的案例來做個案研究。這個個案透過個案主角的真實經歷來探討有哪些可能的職涯變化、挑戰以及相對應的準備方案。這個個案的背景故事就是描述一個電子工程師進入台灣代工設計的科技公司,因為產業的特殊性,除了專業的範圍很廣,團隊合作的需求高,與客戶接觸的機會也高。經過幾年的歷練與組織的變化,工程師開始需要擔任部門主管的工作,對這群過去擅長研究專業領域的工程師來說,從做工程研究轉變到人員管理可以說是一個很大的轉變。再經過幾年之後,除了管理研發團隊之外,接下來還開始要接觸產品線的

商務經營。商務經營必須介入擬定經營策略、分析市場競爭力與經營客戶關係等與研發主管截然不同的領域。亦即研發主管又必須再跨進另一個新領域做更大幅度的改變,特別是在人際關係經營以及學習全新的商務領域。再下一個職涯發展階段,亦即隨著公司人員異動或人才培訓亦或組織調整等等的目的,需要做跨組織的輪調管理時,產品線主管又必須配合公司的策略轉調到另一個陌生的團隊負責陌生的產品線。這時需要的是快速地融入新團隊甚至需要快速地找到問題並做出改變。這些跨領域的轉變著實是一個不小的挑戰,是職場上常見的需求卻也是常見的失敗。本文嘗試地透過個案研究的方式從各個面向來做進一步的解析,以便瞭解其中的關鍵因素以及公司與個案主角又

該如何做好準備。希望透過個案主角的成功與失敗經驗分享能夠提供許多建設性的建議。產學界類似本論文的發表與文獻也許很多,然而本論文最大的不同在於是真正從一位非管理與非商務背景的理工科系員工,真正從自己的親身經歷所體會出來的理論,而非先得到相關專業知識,再從工作上做出驗證。(附註: 本個案研究的內容乃根據真實案例作部分改編而成,原因是考量到公司商業機密而無法百分之百的真實現狀;但對於本論文所探討的主題,並無太大的影響。)

She is particularly interested in how rhythm, dance, and games can be used to bridge social and cultural divides, promoting individual expression, interpersonal communication and spiritual connection. rent educator. He served as the Co-Director of the Michael School of Bothmer Gymnastics/Spatial Dynamics, and has taught movement, games, sports and circus skills for over 20 years. 敘說眷村男性老人的生命故事

背景:臺灣目前處於高齡社會,然而,有個特殊族群--眷村老人卻逐漸凋零,回顧有關眷村和老人生命故事的研究,議題多偏向眷村改建、土地再利用、文化保留,研究對象多偏向眷村榮民、老年女性、和機構老人,鮮少以探討眷村男性老人族群生命故事為研究主題,故引發筆者想探討眷村男性老人的生命故事,期望能分享以上的生命故事於相同背景的眷村長者,以達到生命共同體的存在感。目的:本研究以「敘說眷村男性老人的生命故事」為題,探討眷村長者生命歷程,為暸解老人人生縱向與橫向關鍵故事,進而分析其生命故事的主題與次主題,並融合為其人生脈絡。方法:本研究採生命回顧的敘事方式,立意取樣居住眷村的男性老人,研究通過醫院人體試驗委員會

審核(案號11003-L02),於2021年4至7月開始進行半結構訪談指引的資料收集,主題分析依據「整體-內容」和「類別-內容」模式。結果:研究對象年齡分別為72、88、93歲,已居住眷村72、48、50年。結果發現三個生命故事主題,包括文武雙全勤家訓、逆境苦難轉為安、和謹守己身傳家愛。此外,三個類別主軸,包括在軍旅生涯類別的苦難自保盼安穩和嘉言善行長本領兩個主題;在懷鄉尋根之旅類別的相隔江水思故人和尋根行客盼家圓兩個主題;在眷村生活與文化經驗類別的安身立命於眷村、眷村教育正反面、眷村文化包萬象、眷村拆留之困境四個主題。結論:從統整研究對象的人生縱向關鍵故事的主題和次主題,由戰爭、部隊、至安定

於眷村的遷移過程中,進而確認五個主要的生命脈絡:1.傳遞自己生命的理念與信仰、2.正面迎向自己苦難的能力、3.發現自己對生命裡的付出與榮耀、4. 勇氣與自己遺憾的和解、5.肯定自我人生的價值與貢獻。此外,本研究亦由統整研究對象橫向關鍵故事的主題和次主題中,看見多元化下眷村男性老人的生活、教育、文化、和變遷,交識融合於其生命脈絡中。臨床應用:在護理養成教育中,可透過老人生命回顧的相關課程,啟蒙護生對於高齡友善照護的學習,透過閱讀長輩的生命故事,護生能夠了解其生命意義的主體脈絡,於精神層面達到共在和互為主體,且日後護理職涯,或自己生命歷程中,都可成會滋養自己和他人不斷成長的養分。
