在網際網路蓬勃的發展下，金融科技的出現無疑是改變了整個金融業，我國金融監督管理委員會於2019年首度開放3張純網銀執照，造成傳統銀行相當大的衝擊，迫使傳統實體通路銀行的經營模式改變，以防止客源流向純網銀，各家傳統銀行逐漸成立數位金融部，打造自身的數位品牌，開創出數位銀行的通路，讓人們不必再跑到實體分行，也能從行動裝置、電腦完成各項業務，且不再受到傳統銀行有營業時間上的限制。本研究蒐集相關文獻及各學者理論作為參考，以傳統銀行所推出的數位銀行是如何轉型使民眾的使用意願提升，及目前數位銀行推行的各項服務是否能獲得民眾的認可，並改變實際使用的習慣，以達成傳統銀行轉型的目的為探討。本研究採用問卷調查法

具坡陡流急卵礫石之清水溪河段為濁水溪重要支流之一，於洪水上漲過程發生急劇短期一般沖刷，並促使斜向流於河道堤防基腳沖刷。根據濁水溪水系歷史災損情形，清水溪福興圳護岸為近年河道沖刷潛勢較高河段。為了瞭解堤防基礎沖刷災害與河道水砂條件間之關係，本研究採用 SRH-2D 二維水理輸砂模式執行動床水理演算，並根據四河局 (2017) 埋設之無線沖刷追蹤粒子之沖刷深度監測，以2016~2017年颱洪事件作為模擬條件，並完成檢定與驗證。經由一系列模擬結果，影響河道沖刷之因素包括:有效洪水稽延(tp)、來流含砂濃度(SSC-Q)、地形高程之改變。此外，河道短期一般沖刷(dgs)與彎道基腳沖刷深度(dbs)

，係根據既有現場觀測資料與模擬成果，並納入有效洪水稽延(tp)與河道幾何因子(B/R)-水面寬與曲率半徑之比值，經與國內外相關研究做比較，初步顯示本研究推導經驗式適用於本土化之河川。
