igation, we found there is an emerging trend of collaboration among government, universities and enterprise in the development of MOOCs in China, which provides great opportunities to build an innovative educational service system for all kinds of learners. We also discuss our findings in relation t

o the corresponding development of MOOCs in United States, Europe and other regions and then focus on the unique challenges that China faces, such as the lack of deep learning in MOOCs, the low information literacy and self-regulated learning abilities of MOOC learners, the lack of individualized su

隨著世代變遷，1995年至2009年出生的Z世代逐漸成為旅館產業主要的勞動力，世代間的工作價值觀有所差異，面對新世代的來臨，旅館應如何提供Z世代員工工作資源及對其的工作要求，以提升Z世代的工作投入與服務行為是當前需面對的問題。本研究以JD-R模型為基礎，目的為探討旅館Z世代員工認知的工作資源與工作要求對工作投入影響其服務行為。 本研究針對台灣觀光旅館Z世代員工進行研究調查，透過網路發放電子問卷連結，回收有效問卷共212份。研究結果發現旅館Z世代員工認知的工作資源正向影響認知的工作要求與工作投入，認知的工作要求不顯著影響工作投入，工作投入正向影響服務行為，工作投入在認知的工作資源

與服務行為之間具有完全中介作用，但認知的工作要求無法透過工作投入影響服務行為。本研究以旅館Z世代員工的觀點瞭解其認知的工作資源及要求，幫助旅館業界更加瞭解Z世代員工，並提供給餐旅學術界及旅館業界參考。

移動型機器人之自動語音控制

本論文提出一個語音模型控制移動型機器人的方法。此語音模型經由深度神經網路訓練後，可將特定說話者之語音進行命令辨識後，再將命令傳給機器人執行命令。此語音模型主要包含兩個部分：(1)說話者分離(speaker separation)、(2)自動語音識別(ASR)。在說話者分離上，本論文使用VoiceFilter網路模型來分離說話者語音。VoiceFilter網路模型可分為三部分；(1)說話者聲紋特徵提取、(2)頻譜掩蔽(spectrogram masking)以及(3)損失函數(Loss function)，該模型可通過設置特定說話者之參考音訊，在嘈雜之輸入音訊下專門分離、保留特定說話者之聲紋，

其餘人之聲紋皆會將其過濾；自動語音辨識上，本論文使用Conformer語音模型進行語音轉文字之任務。最後經由實驗來實現機器人確實可以經由語音進行動作控制，驗證所提的方法確實有效。
