植基於品質屋建構公車駕駛員工作壓力與薪資滿足改善策略之研究-以基隆市客運業者為例

近年客運業普遍面臨駕駛員人力短缺問題，全台目前客運駕駛缺額近5000名，交通部雖與業者合作辦理招募司機徵才活動，爰成效仍不如預期。一般行業年輕人薪資起薪2.5至3.5萬元，即便汽車客運業已開出5至7萬元高薪待遇，年輕人仍無入行意願本研究主要以基隆市境內客運公車司機為研究背景，探討客運公車駕駛「工作壓力源」與「薪資滿足感」構成之相關因素並提出改善策略。透過問卷設計包含3構面44個題項，擬以基隆市境內汽車客運公車司機為範疇進行抽樣調查，藉由以上構面分析找出公車司機長期人力短缺之關鍵因素What’s並透過品質屋(House of Quality HoQ) 模型建構改善作為How’s)以提出管理意涵

與建議。研究結果發現︰1.工作壓力源來自工作本身因素，薪資滿足感來自內部公平因素。2.駕駛員駕車工時越長薪資滿足感越高。3.薪資越低工作壓力越大，薪資滿足感越低。而經由品質屋發現具體改善作為有「提升福利待遇」及「改善調度排班 」，應可降低司機職業倦怠衍生離職及不願入行人力短缺之情形。

本篇研究目的在於利用氧化鉍(Bi2O3)與碘酸氫鉀(KH(IO3)2)改質二氧化鈦(TiO2)，並探討使用固定莫耳比例之改質觸媒進行光催化實驗降解RhB之降解效果，並比較相同於自然太陽光條件下添加不同莫耳濃度過氧化氫下氧化RhB之效果。將碘酸氫鉀、氧化鉍以及二氧化鈦均勻混合塗佈於玻璃載體上製備複合式光觸媒，而光催化實驗之操作條件則分為在不同季節、不同時刻之自然太陽光，觸媒載片降解羅丹明B之最佳降解效果為夏季中午之太陽光，降解率達66.87 %，而添加過氧化氫照射陽光則為69.85 %，顯示降解效率接近，但經過操作成本之計算比較後，因觸媒之重複使用性高，其累積處理每1m3廢水耗費之成本(40元

)較批次添加15mM過氧化氫降解羅丹明B低廉(393元)。在不同時刻陽光照射下之實驗，I/Bi2O3/TiO2觸媒載片光降解效率最佳為11:00(66.87 %)，日照光強度開始減弱，最終在17:00降低至28.54 %。藉由製備I/Bi2O3/TiO2複合式光觸媒載片與純二氧化鈦載片比較改質效果，在同個時段陽光照射下進行光催化實驗，結果顯示I/Bi2O3/TiO2光觸媒載片降解效果(66.87%)優於純二氧化鈦(59.50%)，顯示改質後之觸媒增加對自然太陽光可利用性，且在相同時間內達到較佳之降解率。利用五重複耐久性實驗之線性模擬，推斷觸媒可重複利用次數約為17次，顯示本研究製備之光觸媒具有

良好重複再利用性。而COD化學需氧量分析結果顯示，可有效使排放水質之化學需氧量下降50%，達到減少影響之成效。
