Cutty Sark is a range of blended Scotch whisky produced by La Martiniquaise. 民宿環境與非環境線索對遊客情感狀態與再訪意願之實證研究-從環境美學觀點

二十一世紀是追求美感體驗的新時代，創意設計的感官消費正逐漸流行，美感滲透於所有的消費行為裡，消費者對於商品整體行銷活動的美學訴求標準也日益提升，美學儼然成為本世紀最具競爭力的核心能力；透過環境特色與美學概念結合，美感的開創也成了民宿業者脫穎而出的唯一方法，將有機會在激烈的競爭中取勝。面對旅遊業廣大的市場，對於民宿服務業者來說，舊顧客能產生更多的銷售收入；因此，吸引遊客再訪民宿的影響關係及其與民宿相關行為之關係，為本研究之宗旨。本研究以環境美學的美感體驗概念作為研究角度切入，探討民宿環境線索與非環境線索不同層面的刺激對於遊客之情感狀態，以及再訪意願之關係；並依據S-O-R模型為理論建構基礎，進
一步以初訪者與再訪者作為分群，比較樣本的差異性。取樣範圍為臺灣地區五間均上過媒體版面之優質民宿，包括：人魚之丘、北非花園、23.5蔚藍、希臘邊境以及三間屋，並以曾投宿的遊客為研究對象，透過實地問卷調查蒐集問卷資料，前測問卷共有345份，有效問卷315份，回收率為91.3%；正式問卷共有886份，有效問卷共761份(85.9%)。本研究採用結構方程模式進行檢驗，整體模式配適度良好。實證結果發現：(1)民宿環境設計、氛圍、社交力與知覺服務品質皆為再訪意願之重要前因 (2)在假說模式中，唯獨知覺食物品質對於喚起、知覺食物品質對愉悅感未成立，其餘15條路徑皆獲得支持。(3)在多群組分析中，將分群劃分為
「投宿異國風情主題民宿之遊客」、「海洋海濱特色民宿之遊客」、「鄉村田野休閒民宿之遊客」、「初訪遊客」以及「再訪遊客」五個不同群組，各分群的結果有所不同。「投宿異國風情主題民宿之遊客」的分群結果顯示，民宿環境設計是影響再訪意願的主要前因；「海洋海濱特色民宿之遊客」的分群結果顯示，喚起對於愉悅感沒有正向顯著影響；「鄉村田野休閒民宿之遊客」的分群結果顯示，社交力、知覺食物品質對於再訪意願沒有正向顯著影響；比較「初訪遊客」與「再訪遊客」分組結果發現，「再訪遊客」記憶、滿意度對再訪意願的正向顯著影響遠高於「再訪遊客」分組。(4)在中介效果檢驗部分，「愉悅感」在「喚起」對於「記憶」具備部分中介效果；「愉悅
感」在「喚起」對於「滿意度」具備部分中介效果；「記憶」在「喚起」對於「再訪意願」具備部分中介效果；「滿意度」在「喚起」對於「再訪意願」具備「部分中介效果」。最後，針對本研究發現進行討論，並具體提出管理實務意涵與建議，作為民宿經營者重要之參考依據。
