AOI系統在產業界中應用廣泛,市面上販售套裝式AOI檢測應用模組,針對不同檢測需求所使用硬體不同且價格差異甚大,本研究探討使用開源及低成本的方式建構AOI系統,本系統使用EOS 90D相機做圖像拍攝,相機解析度達32.5MP並自行選擇鏡頭,達到不同的FOV,圖像處理及相關演算使用Python語法與OpenCV視覺庫做處理,藉由產線取得的車外鏡片樣品來測試此AOI系統之準確度。本研究探討主題分為三個部分,第一部份擷取相機所拍攝的圖像並做影像處理其中包含雜訊濾波及圖像二值化,第二部份運用電腦計算處理後圖像之重心,依照重心所繪製出垂直及水平線,進而向外擴展抓取圖像邊緣之矩形,第三部份使用Pytho

n程式依據矩形尺寸做判定比較,並計算出符合及不符合之圖像。藉由研究之結果,未來藉由導入I/O功能即可成為Online AOI取代了傳統人工檢測的方法,使在產線流動的產品即時進行判別,降低人工判斷之不良率且可24小時連續的運作,不僅減少人工檢測的資源,工廠也朝向工業4.0的腳步邁進。

飲食,佔據生活中最重要的一環,為此食品安全是大眾所時刻關注的焦點。其中食用油品在生活上,不論是居家烹調亦或食品工業,都扮演著重要的角色。油品的保存方面,丁基羥基甲氧苯 (Butylated hydroxyl anisole, BHA)、二丁基羥基甲苯 (Butylated hydroxytoluene, BHT) 及第三丁基氫醌 (Tert-butyl hydroquinone, TBHQ )···等常見添加於油品中人工抗氧化劑安全性便一直備受爭議,上述的人工抗氧化劑一但攝入過量恐對身體造成危害。雖然,現今衛生福利部食品藥物管理署依食品種類訂立了不同添加規範。以食品藥物管理署所公告之檢驗方法

(MOHWA0021.02) 為例,傳統的檢測方法檢測時間長、操作步驟繁複、成本高,都需要經過專業的訓練及完整的實驗設備及空間才能完成。為邁向能實現居家檢測、操作簡易化的目標,本研究在前處理步驟使用 3D列印自製 QuEChERS前處理裝置,簡化操作流程;後續藉由紙做為檢測裝置的基材,以2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) 的顯色機制,利用最直觀的比色法為基礎開發出不僅便於立即檢測時攜帶,製作上也符合經濟成本的分析裝置;最終配合數位單眼相機 (Digital single-lens reflex camera , DSLR) 拍攝以及簡易的公用軟體操作,讓

分析檢測更能符合應用面的實用性。根據初步實驗結果顯示,本研究開發之裝置與高效液相層析儀 (High performance liquid chromatography, HPLC) 測定結果之相對百分差異(Relative percent difference, RPD) 均在 5% 以內,使溶劑使用量降低至 3 μL,僅需 0.25 g 樣品,且 QuEChERS 前處理後30分鐘便能得知結果,讓整體檢測系統更能符合實地檢測的需求。
