allows people to communicate by text to select destinations in Taipei.Primarily, this study explores the relationship between Attraction, Restaurant, Shopping, and Activity factors. It is based on an experiment and a survey conducted on a sample of 30 potential travelers who used Line Chatbots durin

g their travels. Analysis methods used include exploratory factor analysis and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). People can refer to the unique goals proposed by the Chatbot based on the survey and AHP method to determine the order of priority on the tourist's journey to find a destination when trav

eling. A prototype for test purposes was developed to support tourists visiting some cultural sites in Taipei. The usability of this Chatbot was evaluated using the statistical multiple response program on Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) V. 24.0 (IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY, USA)

was used to elicit the responses on the questionnaires.This Chatbot uses a priority rating survey to introduce travelers to Taipei sites. Entertainment, local dishes, festivals, historical places, markets, natural places, foreign dishes, and malls are the top priorities according to the AHP method.

We provide valuable information to both tourism industry Chatbot developers and competent destination managers who want to apply this technology in the future. The main contribution is an analysis of the criteria used to destination Chatbots.
