隨著網際網路的發展與訊息爆炸性的增長,現今社群媒體已融入大部分人類的生活中。每個人早上起床的第一件事情也許是直接打開社群軟體查看最新動態,目的就是為了透過社群通訊軟體即時接收與傳遞資訊。這些平台有著非常大量且多樣化的資訊,若能透過相關技術從這些大量的資訊中進行分析,從而獲取文句細微的情緒,即可協助我們判斷句子的主要情緒並提供相關人士利用此資訊去進行策略分析等,也減少相關研究所耗費的時間資源。本研究將利用深度學習等技術進行建立模型,以這些模型來評估中英文文本中的表情符號是否可以被機器捕捉情緒。選擇演算法為LSTM模型與GOOGLE開源的BERT。BERT為預訓練模型,希望透過BERT預訓練的模

型當作embedding,以微調的方法進行訓練BERT,並給予表情符號來進行分類任務。而LSTM為具有時間序列相關性的模型,本研究將探討LSTM是否可以捕捉文本之間相關的訊息,並評估是否使用預訓練模型會有更高的準確度。本研究透過分析發現在中文與英文的文本上,利用預訓練的模型以準確度為探討。預訓練模型BERT在分類20個表情符號的任務中,中文文本準確度達到28%,英文則是來到32%;以特徵擷取方法探討準確度與效能,利用特徵擷取方法時,中文與英文文本準確度達到37%,並大幅縮短訓練模型的時間。此研究將透過特徵擷取方法,於預訓練模型時降低記憶體負擔、提升準確度與縮短訓練時間,希望透過此模型來捕捉中文

、英文語句裡的情緒與之相對應的表情符號,並提供模型與相關建議來降低其他研究人員進入此領域門檻。

近年來,人們藉由打卡取景或網路景點傳播,蔚為風氣,已成為國際間行銷觀光地的重要方式。人們常從電視或網路媒體得知新的景點或發現朝聖的地景,如此自願性地理資訊提供者藉著網路打卡,可以創造新景點或成為景點傳播者。筆者希望藉由本文,紀錄網際網路中的數位文本,瞭解網路世代如何透過電子文本進行地方意象的建構。本文擬觀察台中市中區綠川周邊區域再生發展之脈絡,理解政府與民間團體區域再生政策的規劃與實踐,藉由社群資訊網絡和傳統媒體耙梳綠川地方意象之建構。本文嘗試運用網路探勘(Web Mining)取得的網路資料進行資料分析,得到網路社群熱門程度的地標及周邊地景,以Google Map為主要資料收集平台,利用程

式對電子文本,做關鍵字計算,了解大數據所呈現的網民遊客意象。研究發現:一、從台中市中區綠川再生的歷程,政府與民間團體以歷史作為政策之基礎,強調文化再生及資產保存的重要性。二、傳統媒體分析得知2014及2015年,新聞報導的主題較為分散, 2016年後主要集中在綠川景觀、整治工程及舊城再生的議題上,而2018年報導數達到高峰,以綠川整治與水利相關內容為主。三、網民遊客的地標評價次數,以宮原眼科最多,其次依序為第四信用合作社、東協廣場、日曜天地、台中火車站、綠川水岸景觀步道等。進一步分析文字評論比高於該平均百分比之地標,第一與第二的宮原眼科與第四信用合作社都有很高的熱門程度,使用者感受也屬於正面,

並且同樣在食物、服務品質及建築歷史等部分受到使用者關注,第三的綠川水岸廊道,網民遊客對該地標的轉變有非常正面的回應,尤其在景觀與遊憩方面的意象。關鍵字:網民遊客、意象、自願性地理資訊、Google地圖、電子文本
