剪刀手社群，是一群熱衷於對原始媒體影音素材進行二次創作、重新闡釋的同人視頻創作者所組成的社群。同人視頻創作者並非是個人化的行動者，同人視頻作品是深度合作和社群廣泛支持下的產物。中國大陸的剪刀手們共享互助，將自己個人勞動所得的媒體素材作為公共資源公開分享在社群平台上，免費供其它創作者使用，也將自己所學技能與知識向其它同儕傾囊相授。本研究以禮物經濟的視角，以同人視頻創作者社群為觀察對象，採用網路民族志與深度訪談法，探究剪刀手們進行禮物交換的特點、動機，分析剪刀手如何在禮物交換中，形塑、維繫、想像、認同自己的社群？如何定義虛擬社群集體對個體而言的意義和價值？以探討這一新興且獨特的數位禮物文化的特殊

非小細胞肺癌在發生的過程中有許多分子的活化參與其中，其中以RAS的途徑相關分子最為關鍵。在非小細胞肺癌中，約有25%的病患是KRAS基因突變。過去有許多KRAS相關的抑制劑被開發出來，其中針對KRASG12C的抑制劑AMG-510 (Sotorasib)，已經於2021年5月獲得美國FDA加速核准，成為第一個KRAS抑制劑，針對晚期及轉移的非小細胞肺癌病患。但是在相關期刊文獻，提到同樣擁有KRASG12C突變的不同非小細胞肺癌細胞，卻對AMG-510有不同的靈敏度。因此本研究針對AMG-510抗藥性的非小細胞肺癌細胞NCI-H2030進行研究。首先，透過生物資訊及藥物篩選結果發現到一個新穎的

合併組合AMG-510合併neratinib，而這個組合對於NCI-H2030屬於協同作用。在不同的培養系統中，合併組合都可以抑制對AMG-510有抗藥性的癌細胞增殖，甚至是殺死癌細胞，而對於正常細胞的細胞活力影響較小。並且發現合併組合可能是透過影響EGFR, HER2, KRAS-ERK以及ASK1-JNK的訊息傳遞路徑，抑制NCI-H2030的細胞增殖，以及增加細胞凋亡，達到提高整體的治療效果。綜合上述結果，對於AMG-510有抗藥性的細胞，我們認為需同時將上游RTK的訊號關閉，達到抑制癌細胞增殖，甚至是殺死癌細胞，藉此增加對AMG-510抗藥性細胞的治療效果。
