免GPS之LoRaWAN多階段定位暨走失警報系統的開發及評估

人口高齡化將對台灣經濟財政、健康照護、社會保護等系統造成來勢洶洶的衝擊，其中，針對高齡人口設計之長照系統的完善化，更是迫在眉睫。爰此，本研究針對與長照系統相關之失智長輩照顧議題，基於物聯網科技、長距離無線通訊技術、行動裝置應用程式、定位技術及雲端技術等，提出了一套免GPS、基於LoRaWAN運作之多階段定位暨失智長輩走失警報系統，進行從端到雲之實驗室雛型（laboratory prototype）的設計與實作－包含了LoRa定位器、LoRa閘道器、LoRa-Geo App及LoRa-Geo伺服器等，並整合了外部的雲端訊息推播服務Google Firebase Cloud Messaging（

FCM）平台協同運作，不僅如此，本研究也使用ns-3模擬驗證了本系統設計之可行性。本研究系統之設計的出發點乃在於降低定位設備（配戴於長輩身上）的耗電量及物料成本，因此無論是訊號發送或是經緯度取得，皆僅基於LoRaWAN達成，完全不需要GPS模組－其中，在經緯度取得這部分，乃採用抵達時間差（Time Difference of Arrival，TDoA）定位技術進行。不僅如此，本研究更以「多階段定位」的設計－僅在有必要且可行時才進行TDoA經緯度推算－來減少LoRa-Geo伺服器的整體運算負荷。此外，本系統沿用了過去同一團隊曾提出的共享LoRa閘道器整體方案之設計，故採納本系統的物聯網應用服務業

者可依系統運作需求直接在用戶群周邊進行LoRa閘道器部署，讓各用戶群的周邊就有系統運作所需的LoRa訊號涵蓋範圍及必要佈局，而且用戶群越多，共享LoRa閘道器數量也越多，LoRa涵蓋範圍就越大，而本系統可涵蓋的可定位範圍也就越廣，適合業者與政府單位、老人住宅社區及高齡友善社區等場域簽約、進行大量部署，打造全台失智長輩守護網，期能確實彌補台灣既有協尋系統的不足，減少人倫遺憾，降低社會成本，同時也形成相關業者的商機，不僅可在全台推廣，亦適合外銷到歐美國家，因為歐美國家已非常發達的持續照料退休社區（Continuing Care Retirement Communities，CCRCs）及活躍長輩社

區（Active Adult Communities）正是本研究系統最適合應用的場域。最後，本研究的部分結果已發表於WASN 2021研討會，目前正在進行專利申請中，並計畫於未來進一步發表完整結果，期能確實與學界及業界進行深度的交流。
