LINE通訊軟體在台灣的普及率非常高,本文基於LINE平台的聊天機器人實作傳統市場的電商平台,除不必下載APP外,顧客使用熟悉的軟體介面達到快速入門的效果。系統的使用者有三種,分別為銷售者、消費者及管理員。銷售者將欲販售商品上傳至系統並將商品儲存至資料庫,消費者可以透過LINE尋找想要購物之賣家。微軟LUIS語意辨識系統的運用,讓消費者可以使用文字敘述的方式來尋找商品,增加使用便利性管理員擁有最高權限審核賣家註冊資料及管理買家,透過管理網頁可視察所有訂單及營收資料。系統主要以Python-Flask做為後端開發工具,透過PostgreSQL資料庫儲存註冊資料、商品清單及消費紀錄,並發布置He

roku雲端平台。最後透過JMeter測試軟體對平台進行壓力測試,在最測試人數為900人時,仍能達到0%的錯誤率。
