目的:腸道微生物群被證明對人類健康有益,補充益生菌可以預防同步放化療相關的毒性。當歸補血湯在文獻顯示可用在增強同步放化療療效與預防同步放化療之副作用。當歸補血湯是否可以改變接受同步放化療治療的鼻咽癌患者的微生物群尚不清楚,也是本研究之目的。方法:28名接受同步放化療的II-IVA期鼻咽癌患者參加了這項研究。23名患者被納入分析。其中11人接受同步放化療和每日當歸補血湯,12 人接受對照組(稀釋的當歸補血湯),持續12週。在放療前2周和同步放化療完成後5週採集糞便樣本。微生物群通過16S rRNA測序進行分析。結果:鼻咽癌患者的腸道菌叢組成與健康人不同,包括細菌的屬和種。2個不同的治療組(當歸

補血湯與對照組)的alpha和beta多樣性在用藥前後沒有顯著差異。當歸補血湯組Verrucomicrobia門、Parprevotella屬、Parabacteroides goldsteinii和Akkermansia muciniphila的比例用藥後顯著上升。對照組Faecalibacterium屬、Eubacterium屬、Roseburia屬、Prevotella copri、Eubacterium biform, Bifidobacterium stercoris和Faecalibacterium prausnitzii的比例用藥後顯著下降。當歸補血湯組Haemophilus屬、
