基本的にはキットの材料を使って説明書通りに作っていますが、お好み焼きやヘラなどは自前の材料と作り方で作りましたのでご注意ください。

扁平化榫接餐椅設計系統建構之可行性評估及應用

扁平化榫接家具設計是家具整體開發重要環節,且從設計到生產開發階段涉及到諸多因素,例如材料機械性質評估、外觀造形、市場及加工難易度等因素。本文初期應用於田口式穩健設計法,規劃影響扁平化榫接餐椅承重之重要參數—前腿支撐、後腿支撐、十字交叉榫高度、扶手撐厚度、十字交叉榫榫接角度、支撐連結榫頭形狀與扶手連結榫頭七項參數,每項參數均設置三個水準,透過田口式穩健設計法之直交表樣本進行材質機械性質實驗分析;其次,通過ANSYS軟體分析材質機械性質數據,探討影響椅具承重之顯著參數與優化參數條件配置,研究結果顯示應力值、應變值都在材質機械性質合理範圍值內;另,位移量出現少許紅色(警告)結構區域位於扶手與後腿之

間連結處,而位移量透過變異數分析顯示「後腿支撐厚度」與「十字交叉榫結構高度」兩項特徵因素影響位移量變化較大,故在後續設計時應著重考慮從而改善位移量變化。接續,本文結合熵權重與灰色理論於美學、市場與材料機械性質等的多重品質分析;最終,計算出其灰關聯度排序作為選用扁平化榫接家具設計之可行性參考依據,其分析結果顯示2號模型為優化參數條件配置(A1/B2/C2/D2/E2/F2/G2水準組合)。本研究藉由綜整客觀的材料機械性質、美學品質及市場評估等向度進行系統性量化分析,並協助扁平化家具設計開發效能。使扁平化榫接家具在開發中不但可以做到造形美觀,易拆易組,且結構穩定牢固,價格合宜的推入市場。

台灣預計在 2026 年邁向超高齡社會(65 歲以上人口達 20%),在人口迅速高齡少子化趨勢下,恐面臨勞動力不足、產業外移、經濟萎縮的困境。另一方面,上世紀參與台灣經濟奇蹟的戰後嬰兒潮世代自 2011 年起陸續退出職場,這些退休者中有許多具有豐富的專業技術及經驗,加上退休時的健康良好,又長期在熱衷社會的參與,退休再就業的意願高,如能善加利用這些資深的專業人力,退休者不僅可以傳承經驗、增進健康、獲取薪酬,增加消費,同時也有助於國家經濟的發展,減輕銀髮族帶來人力資源短缺的海嘯衝擊。 由於醫療技術的進步,國民的平均預期壽命的增加,平均退休年齡也相對變小,這不僅造成人力資源的浪費,也影響了社會的經

查法及便利取樣方式,總計發放 416 份問卷,回收 409 份問卷;其中有效問卷385份。本研究結果發現, 「退休留任或再就業態度」、「管理者領導風格」、「組織承諾」、「組織績效」與中高齡者留任或退休後再就業的行為意向皆呈現顯著正相關。依據多元迴歸分析結果,影響中高齡者退休後再就業的行為意向最高者為管理者領導風格控制,其次為組織承諾;顯示中高齡者留任或退休後再就業的行為意向,受管理者領導風格評估影響最大,較好的管理者領導風格對於中高齡者留任,或其退休後再就業的意願較高;好的管理者領導風格與好的組織承諾與組織績效呈正相關的關係。另外,「經濟需求」 雖非影響中高齡者退休後再就業意向的最重要因素,但

仍然對留任或是再就業的意向有顯著的正向影響,顯示個人經濟需求亦會影響中高齡者留任或是退休後再就業的意向。
