隨著智慧型手機普及,品牌應用程式成為現代社會不可或缺的一部分。因此,品牌應用程式在企業經營的角度上也越顯重要。對企業而言,品牌應用程式下載量相當重要,但是如何增加用戶的投入度,產生持續使用意圖。是行銷者更大的挑戰。本研究導用科技接受度模型理論(TAM),提供一個完整的架構,探討影響品牌投入度之前置因素。研究使用問卷調查法,在網路社群上發布品牌應用程式問卷進行量化分析,共收得 403 份有效問卷。研究結果顯示,遊戲化會帶來娛樂性並影響投入度,設計美感則會正向影響感知易用性,互動性、資訊設計及合作設計皆會正向影響感知有用性,進而影響用戶投入度。最終,投入度影響了品牌態度及持續使用意圖。本研究假設
