　　因應經濟時代的改變與產業移轉，大部分產業從過去勞動密集型態，逐漸轉變為自動化與科技化的服務性產業，許多產業紛紛投入企業資源規劃的應用與開發，使得企業資源規劃人力需求大增，許多大專院校也積極培訓並推廣相關領域的實務應用，藉以提昇企業資源規劃人才的專業水準。企業資源規劃系統對企業營運的重要性以及企業資源規劃專業人才的需求顯然不容忽視，而業界也認為建置產業職能基準有助於提供企業參考設計用人之標準，故如何提升受訓者企業資源規劃財務實務的職能，是本研究所要探討的議題。本研究以大專院校管理學院之學生為主要研究對象，探究其ERP財務模組職業能力、自我效能、效益、職業變數、學習動機與ERP財務模組學習成

效之影響。其研究目的有三項，包含(1)探究ERP財務模組職業能力與ERP財務模組學習成效之影響關係；(2)探究學習者自我效能、效益與職業變數對學習動機之影響；(3)探究學習動機與ERP財務模組學習成效之影響關係。本研究根據勞動部職能發展應用平台現有職能基準與相關文獻資料編撰問卷，重組「企業資源規劃財務模組規劃師之職能衡量、學習動機與學習成效關係」之問卷。本研究問卷回收樣本數為200份，使用文獻分析與問卷調查等研究方法，分析結果，並以SPSS 25.0軟體進行問卷資料統計，再以AMOS 25進行檢驗資料是否符合建立之模式，最後以結構方程模式(SEM)進行因果關係分析。研究結果為(1) ERP財務

模組職業能力對ERP財務模組學習成效具有正向顯著影響關係；(2)ERP財務模組職業能力對自我效能具有正向顯著影響關係；(3)自我效能對學習動機具有正向顯著影響關係；(4)學習動機與ERP財務模組學習成效具有正向顯著影響關係。
