研究背景:產後護理機構因應社會需求快速增加。護理機構近年來接連發生重大火災，造成極大的人員傷亡。護理機構工作人員火災時正確的判斷與應變措施對火災的影響有絕對的關係。故而探究產後護理機構工作人員火災緊急應變行為刻不容緩。然過去對於探討產後護理機構工作人員火災緊急應變行為的研究付之闕如。研究目的：本研究旨在探討產後護理機構工作人員人格特質、問題解決能力與火災緊急應變行為的關係。研究方法：採用橫斷式研究設計和立意取樣的方法，研究對象為台灣產後護理機構工作人員。採網路結構式問卷調查方法。於2021年6月18日至2021年10月31日進行網路問卷資料收集。共計171位產後護理機構工作人員參與本研究，1

69人完成完整資料調查。研究工具包括人格特質量表、問題解決能力量表、火災緊急應變行為量表與基本屬性問卷。資料分析方法使用 SPSS 21.0進行描述性及相關性統計分析。研究結果:研究對象人格特質傾向於「和善性」、「嚴謹性」，研究對象的問題解決能力(Mean ± SD = 89.5 ± 16.1)、火災緊急應變行為(Mean ± SD = 98.3 ± 6.7)得分高。影響研究對象火災緊急應變行為之因素包括工作年資(t = 3.31, p = .022)、主動參加消防教育訓練課程(t = 3.08, p = .003)與緊急應變災害演習或桌上演練(t = 2.69, p = .011)、平時會注

本研究旨在探討臺灣諮商人員的認知彈性、文化智商與多元文化諮商能力之間的關聯性，並假設在控制有關的背景變項、實務或訓練變項後，認知彈性與文化智商仍能顯著增加對多元文化諮商能力的解釋力。此外，也探討不同背景變項、訓練或實務變項的諮商人員，其多元文化諮商能力是否有顯著差異或相關。本研究先以203位臺灣諮商人員作為預試對象，經由項目分析、探索性因素分析與驗證性因素分析，發展出三因素結構的「簡式多元文化諮商能力量表」，其與「諮商自我效能量表」具有中度正相關，顯示其具有效標關聯效度。在正式研究階段，本研究以134位臺灣諮商人員為研究對象，使用「簡式多元文化諮商能力量表」、「文化智商量表」、「認知彈性量表
