土壤液化流動是當今世界上大地工程重大致災問題之一。當飽和無凝聚性土壤受到地震作用將易於發生土壤液化。於西元 2018年9 月28 日週五下午、當地時間約 18: 02(UTC 10: 02) ,印尼發生 Mw7.5 Palu-Donggala 地震;造成 Petobo 村落嚴重的土壤液化與地盤流動現象,同時於平緩地表下使得數千棟房舍因之摧毀。印尼Petobo 液化流動地點位於 Palu 谷地之東側、緊鄰 Gumbasa 灌溉渠道,且距離 Palu 市之Sis Al-Jufri 國際機場南側約 0.5Km。本研究主要目的在於評估 2018 年PaluDonggala 地震造成 Petobo 液

化流動之機制。論文內容包括:流動區之現地踏勘與地下調查結果、利用 SPT-N 法(Seed/NCEER- 2001與JRA-2017) 進行各地質鑽孔之土壤液化評估、以及利用 LS-Rapid 程式進行土壤液化流動行為之數值模擬。為了獲取相關地形地質等重要資訊以便後續之研究分析,我們於 2020 年1/19至2/17 期間於災害現場進行地表與地下調查;調查內容包括:地下鑽探、標準貫入試驗(SPT) 、地下水位量測等。此外,本研究亦參考衛星影像以及Google Street Views 作為地形與地表地物之標定作業。本研究液化分析結果發現,研究區地層之土壤普遍具有高地下水位,當受到 2018 P

alu-Donggala 地震力作用時將易於發生土壤液化。我們於 LS-Rapid 液化流動之模擬分析曾使用不同地下水位高度進行模擬;結果發現,當現場之地下水位很低時,此地震作用下 Petobo 地區將不會發生嚴重土壤液化現象、同時也不會造成廣泛的液化流動。我們認為,當地的 Gumbasa 灌溉渠道與廣布的水耕稻田對於 Petobo 地區局部地下水位之抬升、以及因此促發土壤液化與液化流動將有重要之關聯。即便於 Petobo 地區地表坡度平緩、僅約 2 度, LS-Rapid 模擬結果顯示土壤液化造成地層內水壓力上升將形成長距離與急速的地盤流 動。此外,數值模擬結果說明,即使地層滑動終止後、再次

受到相同地震力作用,該地層亦將不致於再度發生嚴重的滑動情況。
