本研究的主體是以女性消費者為主,意圖從女性消費者的立場,建構女性消費者使用統一超商7-11便利商店之滿意度對忠誠度關係的研究。研究顯示女性使用便利超商的原因: 家數眾多、地點適中、停車方便、商品齊全、方便購買、服務機能佳、安全性高、可供休憩。這也是女性比男性常去便利商店的可能原因。女性對便利商店的商品 / 服務需求較高,女性對於便利商店的消費能力是不容小覷。本研究發放問卷計600份,期間為102/07/10~102/08/20,隨機抽樣計214份,全數回收;便利抽樣計386份,回收340份。總計回收問卷合計554份,扣除無效問卷27份,回收有效問卷計527份,有效問卷回收率87.8%,有效率

占95.1%。研究發現:1.實證結果發現服務品質、顧客知覺價值直接正向影響滿意度;並且滿意度會直接高度正向影響顧客忠誠度,滿意度為顧客忠誠度重要的影響因素。2.實證結果發現顧客滿意度在服務品質對忠誠度之影響具有中介效果;顧客滿意度在顧客知覺價值對忠誠度之影響不具有介效果。3.透過本研究模式得知:統一超商7-11便利商店所提供的服務品質程度愈高,則顧客對統一超商7-11便利商店的忠誠度提升愈有正面的影響效果;顧客知覺價值程度愈高,則對顧客忠誠度的提升愈有正面的影響效果。
