在醫院各部門中,急診室是最需要爭取病人就醫黃金時間的重要單位之一,尤其著重在急診醫療照護資訊的支援。本研究以台南某區域醫院為例,首先,以醫院資訊系統資料庫為儲存工具,達成正確且快速的呈現即時急診醫療資訊為目的,依據衛生福利部標準,設計一套急診醫療資訊系統,藉由互聯網,讓病患或病患家屬到急診室前,即可看到就診醫院的急診相關資訊:包括傷病患的檢傷分級、看診人數、候診人數與預估看診順位。其次,因應救護紀錄的電子化有利於後續救護品質的統計分析,衛生福利部運用緊急傷病患電子轉診系統,進行轉診資料的傳輸,供業務執行單位統一格式使用。然而,在使用上卻必須重複登打相關資料,本研究利用橋接開發技術與工具Dot

NET Framework 4.0,協助使用者開立急診轉診單,藉由HIS橋接,以互聯網上傳Mars系統,讓急診轉診的業務順暢,並減低醫護人員作業之衝擊。第三,急診部門在醫院無法接受病人時,救護車為運送傷病患之主要交通工具,本研究於救護車上整合SpaceLabs Ultraview 90369生理監視器、Webcam、GPS模組等裝置,匯入微伺服器Raspberry Pi 2B,再以3G Dongle上傳網際網路,建置一套即時性之互聯網雲端救護車管理平台。透過這種平台,急診醫護人員可以監測病人的狀況,結果說明實際運作於醫院是可行的。最後,檢視本研究在此區域醫院所建置的急診即時資訊平台,結果是可被
