現今社會進步快速,大眾生活水準日益提高,對於食、衣、住、行、育樂各大方面的需求也隨之變得嚴格,因此在政府提倡之文化創意產業類別中,以高質美感和深度體驗為產業特性的創意生活產業,因其能夠滿足大眾的綜合型需求而開始進入市場。然而現存文獻中並沒有足夠資料可供深入分析和探究創意生活產業,故本研究採取在文化創意產業中較多既有文獻採用的質性研究為研究方法,並在確立研究目的之後進行後續研究步驟。本研究的目的有三點:一、分析並歸納第四市場之經營策略與優勢;二、建構第四市場之商業模式圖;三、研擬創意生活產業之發展建議;並以質性研究之深度訪談法及歸納法搜集、整理訪談資料,並且以商業模式圖和策略矩陣分析法分析資料

,建構第四市場的商業模式圖與整體策略優勢並提出結論、管理意涵與後續研究建議。綜合訪談資料與分析結果,本研究之結果如下:一、清晰明確的價值主張及目標客層;二、具體可行的目標客層溝通策略,並持續建立相關內容,進行曝光;三、目標客層普遍青睞的空間營造、風格設計,表示在創意生活產業當中,有明確的價值主張和清晰的目標客層是首要條件,對顧客有足夠的認識與觸及策略即能發展精準的投入策略與產出令目標客層歡迎的產品(空間)。

m’s tourism industry?” In order to answer the research question, this research will study Triip.me case study by using within-case analysis, cross-case analysis, and then figure out the key factors behind the sharing economy platform in tourism in Vietnam.
