如同亞洲其他國家和世界其他各地一樣,由於COVID-19疫情,台灣在國內和國際旅遊與面臨巨大的挑戰。過去在COVID-19疫情期間關於地方依戀、地方滿意度及知覺品質與居民態度的關聯,進而影響旅遊觀光推廣的研究相當少,正因這個研究缺口促使本研究。本研究以社會交換理論(SET)和地方認同理論(PIT)兩個理論為基礎,對250 位台灣居民進行問卷調查,並以 Smart PLS 3.0 進行分析,研究結果顯示在COVID-19疫情期間地方依戀、知覺品質、地方滿意度與態度正向影響旅遊觀光分享。台灣有關疫情與旅遊方面的研究尚不常見的情況下,本研究的主要貢獻和意義在於,它彌補了 COVID-19大流行期間

建置評分機制系統以提升外籍看護之服務成效

隨著醫療科技的發展,保健知識的提升,營養學、養生觀念、飲食水準的不斷更迭,生活環境改善的同時,也避免了搶救不及的猝死事件,形成高齡化的社會及新生兒普遍降低的出生率等社會現象,在台灣高齡化的社會現象尤為顯著,預計在2026年將會邁入超高齡社會。為因應產業、經濟結構的改變,台灣青壯年或是就學或是移民,成為人力外流的主因。老年人口的遞增及青壯年人口的流失,形成國內對外籍移工的大量需求,無論是對機構或個體戶,基於時間與經濟成本的考量,外籍看護工皆成為目前長期照護替代人力的主要方式。雇主引進外籍看護工需要耗費大量時間與心力訓練,若移工對工作環境不適應,或不滿足雇主期望時,雇主還得需要重新投入訓練成本及

心力,才能使新移工適應環境,以達到解決家中照護人力的需求。外籍看護工從事居家照護服務,無論在語言溝通能力、生活習慣、飲食習慣、宗教信仰、工作認知與照護經驗等方面,均可能影響其工作及生活的適應狀況。本研究透過App Inventor 2,設計一套服務成效評分機制,提供雇主及外籍移工對各項服務項目進行評分,藉此探討外籍看護工各項服務能力的專業程度,及外籍移工與雇主之間是否存在認知差異,從中找尋落差的原因或關係,讓外籍看護工能提高自身的服務成效,同時也作為新任雇主,聘請外籍看護工的參考因素之一,減少不適任與服務成效的問題。
